Basic Pacing Calculator

runDisney-Specific Calculator

If you run with intervals, use this section to estimate your average pace. If you do not know your intervals, you can enter your preferred run/walk pace per mile and let the calculator suggest an interval based on your goal finishing time and respective pacing.

Tip: For a suggested run/walk pattern, enter your run and walk paces and leave the interval seconds blank when using a Goal Finishing Time. I’ll recommend an interval that lines up with your goal pace.
