Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Sites, and information about how you interact with the Sites. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

DisMornings Vacation Planner App

When you use the App, we collect the following additional information:

Account Information:

  • Email address (used as your login identifier)
  • Encrypted password (we never store plain text passwords)
  • Account creation date and subscription status

Trip Planning Data:

  • Trip dates, resort selection, and park day assignments
  • Attractions, shows, and dining items you add to your plan
  • Swipe decisions (Must Do, Nice, Skip) for attractions
  • Completion status of planned activities
  • Lightning Lane times and dining reservation times you enter
  • Notes you add to your plan

Device and Session Data:

  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version
  • Unique device ID (generated locally, used to enforce the 2-device session limit)
  • Session tokens for authentication (stored securely in your device’s encrypted storage)
  • Push notification preferences and delivery status

Push Notification Data:

  • We send push notifications for morning park briefings, dining reminders, and smart time warnings
  • Notification delivery is handled by Apple’s Push Notification Service (APNs)
  • You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings or within the App

Information from Other Sources

We collect data that is publicly available. For example, information you submit in a public forum (e.g., a blog, chat room, or social network) can be read, collected, or used by us and others, and could be used to personalize your experience. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit in these instances.

We also obtain information provided by third parties. For instance, we may obtain demographic and other information from companies that can enhance our existing customer information to improve accuracy and add to the information we have about our customers (e.g., adding address information).

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about all of the above categories of information.


HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Website and Store

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Sites. Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services

DisMornings Vacation Planner App

We use information collected through the App to:

  • Authenticate your account and maintain your secure session
  • Store and sync your trip planning data across your authorized devices
  • Deliver push notifications for morning park briefings, dining reminders, and smart time warnings
  • Display live wait times, park hours, and show schedules from third-party sources
  • Enforce the 2-device concurrent session limit
  • Provide customer support and resolve technical issues
  • Improve the App based on usage patterns

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us operate our Services, as described above.

SOCIAL MEDIA

DisMornings engages with guests on multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, BlueSky, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. If you contact us on one of our social media platforms or otherwise direct us to communicate with you via social media, we may contact you via direct message or use other social media tools to interact with you. In these instances, your interactions are governed by this privacy policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform you use.

Social Media Widgets: Our sites and applications include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and other social widgets. These features may collect information about you such as your IP address and which page you’re visiting. They may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

COOKIES & OPTING OUT

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

DisMornings uses email campaign services to send special offers, promotions, product announcements, and other communications. If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each promotional email. This opt-out does not apply to transactional or operational emails such as order confirmations or account notifications.


DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. When we collect or transmit sensitive information such as payment details, we use industry-standard methods to protect that information, including:

  • Encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashing — we never store plain text passwords)
  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Secure session tokens stored in your device’s encrypted storage
  • No plain text storage of sensitive credentials

However, no e-commerce solution, website, mobile application, database, or system is completely secure. You are also responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.


DATA RETENTION

  • Order information: Maintained for our records unless you ask us to delete it
  • App account data: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon written request
  • Trip planning data: Stored on your device and our servers while your subscription is active
  • Session data: Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity

REVIEWS AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
