2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend merchandise

If you’re running Wine & Dine this year, or just love runDisney gear, Expo Day 1 is the day to plan around. Disney just announced the details for the Wine & Dine Half Marathon merchandise virtual queue.

The virtual queue applies to Expo Day 1 on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at AdventHealth Arena at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. That’s home to the official runDisney Merchandise Shop and the runDisney-themed Brooks running shoes.

You’ll have two chances to join: 7:00 am and 1:00 pm, through the My Disney Experience app. And you don’t need to be at ESPN to do it. You can join from your hotel room or home, as long as you’re within about 45 miles of Walt Disney World.

Here’s exactly how the virtual queue works, plus tips to make Day 1 go smoothly.

Quick Summary

  • When: Expo Day 1, Thursday, October 22, 2026.
  • Where: AdventHealth Arena at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
  • Join times: 7:00 am and 1:00 pm in My Disney Experience.
  • Location rule: Within about 45 miles of Walt Disney World.
  • Party size: Up to 6 guests.
  • Return window: One hour from your notification.
  • Skip the queue: Club runDisney Gold and Platinum members can use their early shopping windows without it.

How to Join the Wine & Dine Merchandise Virtual Queue

You’ll need the My Disney Experience app with location services turned on.

  • Open the app and tap the three-line menu.
  • Select Virtual Queues.
  • Tap Join Virtual Queue, then choose “runDisney Merchandise Shop and runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes.”
  • Pick your shopping party (up to 6 guests), then tap Join Virtual Queue again.
  • If spots are open, you’ll see a confirmation screen with an estimated wait time.

Important: Everyone in your shopping party needs to be on your My Disney Experience Family & Friends list before you join. Set that up the night before.

When Your Turn Comes

You’ll get a push notification when it’s time to head over. Tap it to see your digital entry code.

From there:

  • You have one hour from the notification to arrive at AdventHealth Arena.
  • Follow the signs to check-in.
  • Show your digital entry code, MagicBand, MagicBand+, or Disney MagicMobile pass.

Each guest in your party gets their own digital entry code. If you can’t find yours, open the menu in the app and select Virtual Queues.

Don’t Panic About Long Morning Wait Times

The Expo opens at 10:00 am, and your estimated wait time includes any time before then. So if you join at 7:00 am and see a long wait, that’s normal. The clock is counting the hours until doors open.

What’s Inside AdventHealth Arena

Once you’re in, you can try on Brooks shoes before heading to the main floor. On the main floor, you’ll find runDisney merchandise and the Brooks exclusive shoes.

Merchandise is subject to availability and may sell out. Day 1 is typically the busiest day of the Expo, so the most popular items go fast.

Club runDisney Members

Club runDisney Gold and Platinum members don’t need the virtual queue to use their early shopping windows on Day 1. If you’re a member, check your specific shopping time and plan around that instead.

The Virtual Queue Is Day 1 Only

The virtual queue only applies to October 22. AdventHealth Arena is open to all guests, but Day 1 access is managed entirely through the queue. Disney says the queue is for Day 1 only, so later Expo days aren’t managed through it.

Getting to ESPN Wide World of Sports

Resort transportation to ESPN Wide World of Sports runs from 8:15 am to 8:30 pm for eligible resort guests. If you’re driving, plan for traffic and parking on a busy race weekend.

Tips for Expo Day 1

  • Set two alarms. One for 7:00 am and a backup for 1:00 pm in case the morning queue fills.
  • Build your Family & Friends list early. It’s the most common reason a party can’t join together.
  • Charge your phone. You’ll need it for the queue, the notification, and your entry code.
  • Know your sizes. Merchandise moves fast, so decide what you want before you get inside.
  • Grab your race info too. If you’re running, plan your bib pickup and Expo shopping on the same trip.

The Bottom Line

The Wine & Dine Half Marathon merchandise virtual queue runs on Expo Day 1, Thursday, October 22, 2026, at AdventHealth Arena at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Join at 7:00 am or 1:00 pm in My Disney Experience from within about 45 miles of Walt Disney World, with up to 6 guests from your Family & Friends list. You’ll have one hour to arrive once you’re called, and Club runDisney Gold and Platinum members can skip the queue. Set your alarms, and keep checking DisMornings for more runDisney news.

I’m no stranger to Disney planning, as a Disneyland magic key holder and DVC member. I’m the person people ask for trip planning advice. But I had never been on a Disney cruise, and had heard great about Nate and decided to reach out. I’m so glad I did because we could not have been happier with our experience. His tips and insights were incredibly helpful, and he was incredibly responsive any time we had a question. Who do the Disney experts turn to when they need help? Nate, that’s who. We’ll definitely be using him again.

Our experience working with Nate as our Disney vacation planner was exceptional. He was responsive and thorough. He gave us insights that made the trip go much more smoothly. We were able to really relax and focus on quality time as a family and have so much fun doing it! I will definitely reach out for any future trips.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions. On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over. He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. Without a doubt, I will reach out to Nate when I'm ready to plan my next trip to Disney World!

We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going. There was a lot to consider and many decisions to make, such as where to stay, when to go, and what to experience. Nate really helped us narrow down what we wanted to do overall, but he didn’t stop there. He provided detailed guides to help us navigate the airport and find our transportation to the resort, as well as a guide to explore the resorts and make sure we saw the best Christmas decorations. One of the many amazing things he also did was set up our dinner reservations for us. This saved us so much stress and allowed us to get some of our top choices. From the moment we landed in Orlando to the moment we headed back home, he made sure everything went smoothly. You truly can’t go wrong with going to him for your next trip.

Nate was absolutely the best planner I have ever had. Will most definitely be using him again. He took care of everything and kept me on track. Was so very helpful in making all the dining reservations and everything. Can't thank him enough. He made our trip completely stress free!

Nathan has been an amazing trip planner for me! So helpful and responsive. I am a very type A person -- so someone who is even more on top of their game than me -- is so so appreciated! Nathan has booked 3 trips for me (1 completed 2 pending) and it was perfection. Thanks again!

Nate has helped us with our vacation planning for the last couple of years and we couldn't be happier with his service and expertise. We've used other travel agents in the past and none of them have done as phenomenal a job to make sure every detail is taken care of as he has. Switching to Nate was one of the best decisions we've ever made. He's always quick to answer questions and works tirelessly to make sure we get everything we want from our trips. Plus, he's just a genuinely great person who is wonderful to work with. Whether you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, a Disney Cruise, or any other vacation, Nate is the guy you want putting it all together! Five stars across the board!
