Spookhouse is back, and this year it is carrying some weight. The Gideon’s Bakehouse October 2026 menu marks the bakery’s 10th anniversary, and it brings back the Frankenstein cookies alongside cake slices, a new nitro cold brew, and merch drops every week.
If you have done a Gideon’s October before you know the drill: things sell out, limits apply, and the best stuff moves on specific days. This year adds a weekly merchandise cadence on top.
Here is the full October lineup and how to time a visit around it.
Quick Summary
- Spookhouse is running at both the Disney Springs and East End locations
- Frankenstein Lives and Bride of Frankenstein cookies are back daily all month
- Cake versions of both cookies are available on specific days only
- A Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew is exclusive to Disney Springs
- New merch and collectible menus drop on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
- October is Black Cat Charity Month, with an adoption event October 25
The Frankenstein Cookies Are Back
Two Limited Edition cookies anchor the month:
- Frankenstein Lives — chocolate, Double Stuf Oreos, and M&M’s
- Bride of Frankenstein — the same base with white chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&M’s
Both are available every day in October at both locations, with a limit of 2 per person.
Daily availability is the important part. Unlike the cake slices below, you do not need to plan your visit around a specific weekday to get these.
Cake Slices Are Day-Specific
This is where timing matters. Gideon’s is selling cake versions of both cookies, but only on set days:
- Frankenstein cake slices — Wednesdays and Saturdays
- Bride of Frankenstein cake slices — Sundays and Thursdays
Limit is 2 per person at both locations. Whole cake preorders are available — check gideonsbakehouse.com for details.
If the cake is what you want, check the day before you make the trip. Showing up on a Monday or Friday gets you neither.
New Nitro Cold Brew at Disney Springs
A Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew is available this October, exclusively at the Disney Springs location.
That exclusivity is worth noting if you were planning to visit East End instead. The two locations do not carry identical menus this month.

Merch Drops: The 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
Gideon’s is releasing new merchandise and a new collectible menu four times this month, on the 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd.
The Three Little Ones Morsels menu launched with the first drop. You can get merch and the menu in line at Disney Springs, or with any order at gideonsbakehouse.com. The menu you receive matches whatever is being offered on the day you order.
The first drop went live at 10am EST and included:
- Ceramic Pumpkin Candle — 500 made
- Three Little One’s Adeline Pin — 1,000 made
- Gordy’s Spookhouse Beverage Sleeve — 1,000 made
- Spookhouse Cat Limited T-shirt
- Last Rites Loungefly bag charms, back in stock
Those production numbers tell you everything about how fast this moves. 500 candles across two locations and an online store is not many.
The next drop is October 8. If you want a specific item, be online at 10am EST or in line early.
New Desserts Every Weekend
Beyond the scheduled drops, Gideon’s plans to release new desserts every weekend in October. Details go out on social media as each one lands.
That means following Gideon’s accounts is effectively required if you want to know what is available before you drive over.
Black Cat Charity Month
October is Black Cat Charity Month at Gideon’s, supporting Liberation Cat House.
The bakery is holding an adoption event at its East End location on October 25, with exclusive merch sold at the event to raise money for the cats.
That is a genuinely nice piece of programming, and the exclusive merch angle means it will draw collectors as well as people looking to adopt.
One More Thing Coming
Gideon’s says it is sitting on a few surprises for October, including a teaser for a fan favorite the team has been working on all year.
No detail beyond that. Expect more information as the month goes on.
How to Plan a Visit
Pick your day around the cake. Wednesday or Saturday for Frankenstein, Sunday or Thursday for the Bride. Cookies are available any day.
Go to Disney Springs for the cold brew. It is not at East End.
Be early on drop days. The 8th, 15th, and 22nd are the remaining dates, and 500-unit runs do not last.
Order online if you cannot get there. Any online order includes the current collectible menu.
Follow the social accounts. The weekend dessert releases are announced nowhere else.
The Bottom Line
The Gideon’s Bakehouse October 2026 menu celebrates ten years with Frankenstein Lives and Bride of Frankenstein cookies daily, cake slices on set days, a Disney Springs-exclusive Cookies & Cream Nitro Cold Brew, and merch drops on the 8th, 15th, and 22nd still to come.
Add weekend dessert releases, the October 25 Black Cat adoption event at East End, and an unannounced fan-favorite teaser, and this is the busiest Spookhouse the bakery has run.
Check the day before you go, and get there early if you want anything with a production number attached.
