Gideon’s Bakehouse’s werewolf mascot Butterscotch is back for June 2026, and she brought a lot with her. The month kicks off with a brand-new limited cookie, three cakes (including a new Strawberry Crumb Cake), a returning cold brew, a collectible menu, and a full merch drop. The June Cookie: Cookie Butter Butterscotch

This month’s limited cookie is Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie, available all month at both Gideon’s locations. Built on Gideon’s signature handmade dough blended with Biscoff Cookie Butter spices, it is packed with premium butterscotch chips and crushed Biscoff cookies. The result runs sweeter than a typical Gideon’s cookie — deliberately so. If you love rich, caramel-forward flavors, this one is built for you.

Three Cakes for June

• Grand Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cake — An upgraded version of Gideon’s popular Cookie Butter Cake, matching the cookie’s Biscoff-butterscotch flavor profile
• Strawberry Crumb Cake — Brand new this month, described as Butterscotch’s favorite cake in her ‘sweet alter ego’ form
• Mourning Joe’s Chocolate Coffee Toffee Cake — A returning fan favorite: dark chocolate cake with coffee-speckled buttercream and a chocolate ganache drip

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions.  On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over.  He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going.
