Another Town Center anchor is going. Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill at Disney Springs will serve its last guests on September 13, 2026.
No replacement has been announced.
Quick Summary

- Announced May 2017, opened November 2018 — under eight years
- Menu was Mediterranean flavors and updated comfort food
- Disney hasn’t said what replaces it
What’s Closing
The 250-seat restaurant sits in the Town Center area of Disney Springs, across from Planet Hollywood. Disney announced the concept in May 2017, and it opened in November 2018 as one of the anchor dining spots in Town Center.
Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill built its menu around Mediterranean flavors and updated comfort food classics, along with handcrafted cocktails.
The design drew on traditional farmhouse style with an elegant touch, aiming for the laid-back California dining feel Puck is known for at his original Spago in Los Angeles.
Under Eight Years Is Short
For context on the lifespan: this restaurant opened in November 2018 and closes in September 2026. That’s a shorter run than most Disney Springs anchors manage.
It also isn’t Puck’s first exit from this complex. The original Wolfgang Puck Grand Café operated in the West Side from the Downtown Disney era and closed in 2017 — the Bar and Grill was effectively its Town Center replacement.
So this is the second Wolfgang Puck restaurant to leave the property in under a decade, which suggests the brand has struggled to find its footing at Disney Springs rather than a single location underperforming.

What to Order Before It Goes
The Chinois Chicken Salad at $21 is the genuine Puck signature here. Chinois on Main was his Santa Monica restaurant that helped define California-Asian fusion in the 1980s, and the chopped chicken salad is its most-copied dish. It’s the one item on this menu with real culinary lineage.
The Viennese Chicken Schnitzel at $28 is the personal one. Puck is Austrian, and schnitzel on a Disney Springs menu is him rather than the brand.
The wood-fired pizzas are the Spago connection — Puck is widely credited with popularising gourmet pizza in America, and the Margherita at $19 is the cheapest way to try the thing he’s actually famous for.
Skip the $49 Steak and Eggs unless you specifically want it. That’s signature-dining pricing at a casual restaurant on its way out.
What This Means for Town Center
Town Center is Disney Springs’ retail district, and its dining has always been thinner than The Landing or the West Side. Losing a 250-seat anchor leaves a substantial hole in both capacity and floor space — and Disney hasn’t said what fills it.
It’s also the second notable Town Center change recently. The Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up Shop arrives in early October, reportedly taking the former Francesca’s space nearby.
A 250-seat restaurant footprint is a significant piece of real estate, and whatever replaces it will take time. Expect walls through at least part of 2027.
If You Want to Go
You have until September 13. Book now if you want a table. Closing announcements reliably drive a final rush, and a restaurant with a fixed end date fills its last two weeks.
Walk-ups will be harder than usual, particularly the final weekend.
The Bottom Line
Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill at Disney Springs closes permanently on September 13, 2026, after opening in November 2018 — the second Wolfgang Puck restaurant to leave the complex in under a decade.
The 250-seat Town Center restaurant is still serving its full brunch, lunch, and dinner menu until then, including the Chinois Chicken Salad and Viennese Chicken Schnitzel.
