Jollywood Nights Check-In: 2 In-Park Locations for 2026

If you’re planning to spend the whole day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios before your party starts, here’s some good news. Jollywood Nights check-in doesn’t require a trek back to the front gate. Disney has shared two spots inside the park where you can pick up your event credential, and both open well before the party begins.

Disney Jollywood Nights returns to Hollywood Studios this Saturday, November 7, for its fourth holiday season. A lot of guests make a full day of it, riding attractions in the afternoon and then staying for the party. These in-park check-in locations make that plan a lot easier.

Here’s where to check in, when credentials start going out, and how to make the most of the two hours of early entry that come with your ticket.

Quick Summary

  • Guests already inside Hollywood Studios can check in for Jollywood Nights at two in-park locations
  • The two spots are Walt Disney Presents and the Grand Avenue entrance to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
  • Both locations start handing out credentials at 5:30pm
  • Event tickets allow park entry as early as 5:30pm, two hours before the 7:30pm party start
  • The party runs until 12:30am, giving event guests up to seven hours in the park
  • Opening night on November 7 is sold out, so the front of the park may be busy

Where to Check In for Jollywood Nights 2026

If you’re already in the park, Disney says you can “pick up your event credential at Walt Disney Presents or the entrance to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on Grand Avenue.” Both locations begin handing out credentials at 5:30pm. That’s the same time event-only guests can start entering the park.

Walt Disney Presents

Walt Disney Presents sits between Animation Courtyard, Pixar Plaza, and Toy Story Land. That puts it right in the middle of the action. If you’re coming off Toy Story Land rides or wrapping up in Animation Courtyard, this is your spot.

It’s also handy for another reason. Animation Courtyard is home to the new Checkin’ It Twice Lounge this year, so you can grab your credential and head straight there. We covered the lounge and other 2026 additions in our look at what’s new at Jollywood Nights 2026.

Grand Avenue Entrance to Galaxy’s Edge

If you’re spending your afternoon in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, use the Grand Avenue entrance instead. It’s the easiest option if you’re in Batuu or along Grand Avenue when 5:30pm rolls around.

What’s the Credential?

Disney hasn’t said what this year’s credential looks like. In past seasons, guests received a wristband at check-in. Either way, you’ll want it before the party officially starts.

Why In-Park Check-In Matters

The biggest advantage is simple: you avoid the front of the park. Opening night on November 7 is already sold out, and the main entrance can get crowded as party guests arrive. If you’re already inside, you can skip that line completely.

It also saves you a lot of walking. Hollywood Studios isn’t huge, but heading back to the front gate and then back into the park eats up time you could spend riding or eating.

Making the Most of Your Early Entry

Your Jollywood Nights ticket lets you into Hollywood Studios as early as 5:30pm. That’s two hours before the party’s official 7:30pm start. The party wraps up at 12:30am, which gives you up to seven hours in the park.

Here’s how I’d use those first two hours:

  • Check in right at 5:30pm. Get your credential out of the way so you can focus on the night.
  • Ride while day guests leave. Lines often drop as regular guests head out in the early evening.
  • Grab dinner early. Restaurants and snack spots fill up once the party begins. Our 2026 Jollywood Nights food and drink guide lists every item and where to find it.
  • Plan your show times. Glisten! and Sunset Seasons Greetings are highlights. Check the 2026 show times so you don’t miss them.

Jollywood Nights 2026 Dates

This year’s calendar has 15 event nights between November 7 and January 5. It’s the first time the party has continued into January.

  • November: 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28
  • December: 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 23
  • January: 3, 5

November 7 and November 14 are sold out. Tickets for the remaining nights range from $169 to $199 per person, plus tax.

A Few More Planning Tips

Before you go, a couple of other resources can help:

  • Know the rain plan. Florida weather can change fast. See our breakdown of the Jollywood Nights 2026 rain policy for which shows may be cancelled and where characters move.
  • Don’t forget your keepsake. Every ticket includes a Chip ‘n’ Dale ornament, picked up near the park entrance on your way out. Here’s our first look at the 2026 keepsake.
  • Bring a portable charger. You’ll be using the My Disney Experience app for show times and character locations all night.

The Bottom Line

Jollywood Nights check-in inside Hollywood Studios makes a full-day plan much easier. If you’re already in the park, head to Walt Disney Presents or the Grand Avenue entrance to Galaxy’s Edge starting at 5:30pm, grab your credential, and skip the crowds at the front gate.

With up to seven hours in the park, 15 event nights, and the party running into January for the first time, there’s plenty of time to make the most of it. Check in early, eat before the rush, and enjoy the holidays at Hollywood Studios.

I’m no stranger to Disney planning, as a Disneyland magic key holder and DVC member. I’m the person people ask for trip planning advice. But I had never been on a Disney cruise, and had heard great about Nate and decided to reach out. I’m so glad I did because we could not have been happier with our experience. His tips and insights were incredibly helpful, and he was incredibly responsive any time we had a question. Who do the Disney experts turn to when they need help? Nate, that’s who. We’ll definitely be using him again.

Our experience working with Nate as our Disney vacation planner was exceptional. He was responsive and thorough. He gave us insights that made the trip go much more smoothly. We were able to really relax and focus on quality time as a family and have so much fun doing it! I will definitely reach out for any future trips.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions. On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over. He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. Without a doubt, I will reach out to Nate when I'm ready to plan my next trip to Disney World!

We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going. There was a lot to consider and many decisions to make, such as where to stay, when to go, and what to experience. Nate really helped us narrow down what we wanted to do overall, but he didn’t stop there. He provided detailed guides to help us navigate the airport and find our transportation to the resort, as well as a guide to explore the resorts and make sure we saw the best Christmas decorations. One of the many amazing things he also did was set up our dinner reservations for us. This saved us so much stress and allowed us to get some of our top choices. From the moment we landed in Orlando to the moment we headed back home, he made sure everything went smoothly. You truly can’t go wrong with going to him for your next trip.

Nathan has been an amazing trip planner for me! So helpful and responsive. I am a very type A person -- so someone who is even more on top of their game than me -- is so so appreciated! Nathan has booked 3 trips for me (1 completed 2 pending) and it was perfection. Thanks again!

Nate has helped us with our vacation planning for the last couple of years and we couldn't be happier with his service and expertise. We've used other travel agents in the past and none of them have done as phenomenal a job to make sure every detail is taken care of as he has. Switching to Nate was one of the best decisions we've ever made. He's always quick to answer questions and works tirelessly to make sure we get everything we want from our trips. Plus, he's just a genuinely great person who is wonderful to work with. Whether you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, a Disney Cruise, or any other vacation, Nate is the guy you want putting it all together! Five stars across the board!
