If you’re doing Jollywood Nights this year, book this before you do anything else. Reservations are now open for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, the live-music dining experience that runs on select nights from November 7 through January 5, 2027.

It’s the quieter corner of Jollywood Nights. Live musicians play smooth tunes and holiday classics inside the Brown Derby while you order from an event-exclusive menu of light bites and craft cocktails. If you’ve ever wanted a break from the crowd without leaving the party, this is it.

The important detail: the standard Hollywood Brown Derby menu is not available during Jazzy Holidays. You’re ordering from the event menu, and that’s it.

Think of it as a built-in intermission for your night. Jollywood Nights leans loud and busy, and this is the one spot designed to slow the evening down.

Jazzy Holidays takes place on every Jollywood Nights event night:

• November: 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28
• December: 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 23
• January: 3, 5

That’s 15 nights total. December dates closest to the holidays book fastest, so if you want December 19, 21, or 23, move now.

The Jazzy Holidays Menu

The event menu is built around shareable light bites.

Food

• Jazzy Sliders — Bison and Pork, Onion Jam, and Gorgonzola Cheese on a Brioche Roll
• Chorizo Arancini — Shaved Parmesan and Salmorejo Tomato Sauce
• Pork Belly Bao — Korean Barbecue, Cucumber Slaw, and Soy Vinaigrette
• Tofu Bao — Seared Tofu, Cucumber Slaw, and Soy Vinaigrette (plant-based)
• Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori — Crispy Rice, Passion Fruit-Soy Marinated Chicken, Cilantro Aïoli, and Watermelon Radish

Cocktails

The craft cocktail list includes the Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita, made with Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, lime juice, and house-made cranberry-jalapeño simple syrup.

Alcohol is served to guests 21 and older with valid identification.

Jollywood Nights tickets run $169 to $199 per person, plus tax, depending on the date. Cheaper dates are typically early-season weeknights; the closer you get to Christmas, the higher the price.

How to Book Jazzy Holidays

Reservations are open right now. You can book two ways:

Your Jollywood Nights event ticket has to be purchased separately, in addition to the dining reservation. Buy the event ticket first, then book the table. There’s no point holding a reservation for a night you can’t get into.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Night

• Book a mid-event time slot. Jollywood Nights runs late, and a table in the middle of the evening gives your feet a real break
• Don’t treat it as dinner. These are light bites. Eat something substantial before the event starts
• Go on an early-season date if price matters. November nights are usually the cheapest tickets
• Split plates. The menu is built for sharing, and ordering three or four between two people covers a lot of ground
