Mickey's of Glendale pop-up shopping event for D23 Members

Mickey’s of Glendale is coming to Florida. D23 Members are invited to a one-day Mickey’s of Glendale pop-up shopping event on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at the Coronado Ballroom inside the Coronado Springs Convention Center at Walt Disney World. The event features Walt Disney Imagineering merchandise, the kind of items you won’t usually find in a regular Disney park or resort shop.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 23, at 1:00 pm ET (10:00 am PT), and they’re limited. If you want in, here’s what you need to know.

Quick Summary

  • Mickey’s of Glendale is hosting a D23 Members pop-up at Coronado Springs on Sunday, November 15, 2026.
  • The event sells Walt Disney Imagineering merchandise not typically found in park shops.
  • Tickets go on sale Friday, October 23, at 1:00 pm ET.
  • Prices: $15 for D23 Gold Members and $25 for D23 General Members, plus a $3 processing fee.
  • You’ll book a single one-hour shopping window between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
  • All sales are final, and tickets are non-transferable.

What Is Mickey’s of Glendale?

Mickey’s of Glendale is the merchandise shop at Walt Disney Imagineering’s campus in Glendale, California. It’s known for Imagineering-branded items and designs that celebrate attractions, parks history, and the people who build them. Because it’s tied to WDI rather than the parks, it’s not something most fans get to shop in person.

That’s what makes this pop-up a big deal for Walt Disney World fans. Instead of a trip to California, you can shop a selection of Imagineering merchandise at Coronado Springs. If you followed our coverage of the Mickey’s of Glendale collections at D23 2026, you have an idea of the style of items the shop is known for. Disney hasn’t shared exactly what will be sold at the Florida event.

Ticket Prices

  • D23 Gold Member: $15 + $3 processing fee
  • D23 General Member: $25 + $3 processing fee

Tickets are limited and sold first-come, first-served. The listing says each ticket covers you and one guest, but it also says both of you need individual tickets to get in. That’s contradictory, so read the ticket terms carefully when you buy, and plan on buying a ticket for every person in your group to be safe.

How the Shopping Windows Work

You’ll sign up for a single one-hour shopping window. Entry isn’t permitted outside your confirmed slot, and you can’t line up more than 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

Available windows on November 15:

  • 9:00 am – 10:00 am
  • 10:00 am – 11:00 am
  • 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
  • 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
  • 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
  • 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

If your name appears under more than one time slot, only the first booking counts. So don’t try to book multiple windows to get more shopping time.

What to Bring

All ticket holders must show a photo ID and a valid D23 Membership Card, either physical or digital through the D23 App. Guests over 18 may also be asked to show a government-issued ID that matches the name on their ticket.

Guests under 18 must be with a parent or legal guardian who also has a valid ticket.

Read the Fine Print

  • Non-transferable: Tickets are assigned to named individuals when you buy them.
  • All sales final: No cancellations or refunds for any reason, including illness or travel changes.
  • Member must attend: The D23 Member has to be present for guests to get in.

That no-refund policy is the biggest thing to weigh. Only buy if you’re confident you’ll be at Walt Disney World on November 15.

Tips for Getting Tickets

  • Log in early. Be signed into your D23 account a few minutes before 1:00 pm ET on October 23.
  • Know your preferred window. Have a first and second choice ready, since popular slots will likely go fast.
  • Pick an early window for the best selection. Earlier slots likely mean better stock on popular items.
  • Upgrade to Gold if it makes sense. Gold Members pay $10 less per ticket, which can add up for a group.
Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center

Getting to Coronado Springs

The Coronado Springs Convention Center is part of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. If you’re staying elsewhere on property, Disney bus transportation to Coronado Springs is an option, or you can drive and park at the resort. Give yourself extra time so you’re in line within the 30-minute window before your slot.

The Bottom Line

The Mickey’s of Glendale pop-up brings Walt Disney Imagineering merchandise to Coronado Springs for one day only, Sunday, November 15, 2026. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 23, at 1:00 pm ET and cost $15 for D23 Gold Members or $25 for General Members, plus a $3 fee. You’ll get a single one-hour shopping window, and all sales are final. If you’re a D23 Member who’ll be at Walt Disney World that day, set a reminder and be ready when tickets drop.

I’m no stranger to Disney planning, as a Disneyland magic key holder and DVC member. I’m the person people ask for trip planning advice. But I had never been on a Disney cruise, and had heard great about Nate and decided to reach out. I’m so glad I did because we could not have been happier with our experience. His tips and insights were incredibly helpful, and he was incredibly responsive any time we had a question. Who do the Disney experts turn to when they need help? Nate, that’s who. We’ll definitely be using him again.

Our experience working with Nate as our Disney vacation planner was exceptional. He was responsive and thorough. He gave us insights that made the trip go much more smoothly. We were able to really relax and focus on quality time as a family and have so much fun doing it! I will definitely reach out for any future trips.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions. On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over. He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. Without a doubt, I will reach out to Nate when I'm ready to plan my next trip to Disney World!

We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going. There was a lot to consider and many decisions to make, such as where to stay, when to go, and what to experience. Nate really helped us narrow down what we wanted to do overall, but he didn’t stop there. He provided detailed guides to help us navigate the airport and find our transportation to the resort, as well as a guide to explore the resorts and make sure we saw the best Christmas decorations. One of the many amazing things he also did was set up our dinner reservations for us. This saved us so much stress and allowed us to get some of our top choices. From the moment we landed in Orlando to the moment we headed back home, he made sure everything went smoothly. You truly can’t go wrong with going to him for your next trip.

Nate was absolutely the best planner I have ever had. Will most definitely be using him again. He took care of everything and kept me on track. Was so very helpful in making all the dining reservations and everything. Can't thank him enough. He made our trip completely stress free!

Nathan has been an amazing trip planner for me! So helpful and responsive. I am a very type A person -- so someone who is even more on top of their game than me -- is so so appreciated! Nathan has booked 3 trips for me (1 completed 2 pending) and it was perfection. Thanks again!

Nate has helped us with our vacation planning for the last couple of years and we couldn't be happier with his service and expertise. We've used other travel agents in the past and none of them have done as phenomenal a job to make sure every detail is taken care of as he has. Switching to Nate was one of the best decisions we've ever made. He's always quick to answer questions and works tirelessly to make sure we get everything we want from our trips. Plus, he's just a genuinely great person who is wonderful to work with. Whether you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, a Disney Cruise, or any other vacation, Nate is the guy you want putting it all together! Five stars across the board!
