The Electric Mayhem is on a science beaker now. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster novelty beaker cups are being served at FØØD by Swedish Chef in the attraction’s courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and they’re available while supplies last.
The Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster beaker cups come with two drinks — Pink Le-moi-nade and Pond Water Limeade — both themed to specific Muppets.
Here’s what’s in each drink, what the cup looks like, and where to find it.
Quick Summary
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets novelty cups are available now
- The cup is styled as an Erlenmeyer science beaker
- Artwork shows the Electric Mayhem riding in the limo
- Two drink options: Pink Le-moi-nade and Pond Water Limeade
- FØØD by Swedish Chef is in the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster courtyard on Sunset Boulevard
- Available while supplies last
The Cup
The cup is styled as a science beaker, featuring Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets artwork showing the Electric Mayhem riding in the limo.
The beaker shape is a smart piece of design logic that connects two things at once.
Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker are Muppet Labs characters, and the Erlenmeyer flask is their signature visual. Using that shape for a cup sold at a Swedish Chef kiosk inside a Muppets-rethemed attraction keeps everything inside the same fictional world.
It’s also just a good souvenir shape. Novelty cups live or die on whether they’re useful afterward, and a wide-based flask with a narrow neck is more practical than most character-molded cups.
The Drinks
Pink Le-moi-nade
Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and guava, made glamorous with a sprinkle of pink shimmer. Inspired by Miss Piggy.
The name is the joke — “le-moi” from Miss Piggy’s signature French affectation. Guava with lemonade is a genuinely good pairing that shows up across Disney’s beverage menus, and the shimmer is doing the Miss Piggy work.
Pond Water Limeade
Minute Maid Limeade, green apple, and fruit juice-filled pearls. Inspired by Kermit the Frog.
The pearls are the interesting component. Popping boba in a theme park drink is still relatively uncommon at Walt Disney World, and calling green limeade “pond water” for a frog character is exactly the right register of Muppets humor — slightly gross, entirely affectionate.
Which One Should You Order?
Pond Water Limeade if you want the more interesting drink. The green apple and lime combination is sharper and more refreshing in Florida heat, and the pearls give it texture that the lemonade doesn’t have.
Pink Le-moi-nade if you’re buying for a kid or you want the more photogenic option. Pink shimmer photographs considerably better than green.
Either way you’re getting the same cup, so choose on the drink rather than the souvenir.
Are Novelty Cups Worth It?
Honest answer: it depends entirely on whether you’ll use the cup afterward.
Novelty cups at Walt Disney World typically carry a premium of several dollars over the same drink in a standard cup. You’re paying for the souvenir, not the beverage.
Worth it if you collect them, you’re a Muppets fan, or you want something from a rethemed attraction in its first year. Attraction-specific cups tied to a new overlay tend to disappear once the initial merchandise run ends.
Skip it if you already have a shelf of theme park cups you never use. Be honest about that.
One practical note: the beaker shape is genuinely dishwasher-awkward due to its narrow neck. Hand wash it if you want to keep it looking good, and expect the printed artwork to fade over repeated cycles regardless.
Where to Find It
FØØD by Swedish Chef is located in the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster courtyard at the exit of the attraction on Sunset Boulevard.
That location is worth understanding if you’re planning a Hollywood Studios day. Sunset Boulevard is the stretch running toward Tower of Terror and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, and the courtyard sits right where you come off the ride.
Practical notes:
- You don’t need to ride to buy. The kiosk is accessible from the courtyard without entering the attraction queue.
- Sunset Boulevard is busiest mid-morning and at park close. Late afternoon is your quietest window.
- Tower of Terror is next door and currently under exterior refurbishment with scaffolding up, though the ride is operating normally.
- The Hollywood Brown Derby patio has relocated nearby to the former Starring Rolls space during its own refurbishment, if you want somewhere to sit with your drink.
Why the Muppets Retheme Matters
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets replaced the long-running Aerosmith version, and the changeover was one of the more debated projects at Walt Disney World.
The retheme took roughly three months of total downtime, achieved by closing the preshow first for the bigger technical changes and then the ride itself — a sequencing approach Disney has used elsewhere to minimize closure length.
Merchandise and food items like these beaker cups are part of how a retheme establishes itself. A new attraction identity needs merchandising, snacks, and photo opportunities around it to feel permanent rather than provisional.
The Bottom Line
Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster beaker cups are now available at FØØD by Swedish Chef in the attraction courtyard on Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, styled as Erlenmeyer flasks with Electric Mayhem limo artwork.
Choose between Pink Le-moi-nade — lemonade, guava, and pink shimmer for Miss Piggy — or Pond Water Limeade — limeade, green apple, and juice-filled pearls for Kermit.
