The Dining Discount Is the Real Value

The Monday-through-Thursday restriction is the catch, but it’s also the point — Disney is filling weekday tables. If you have flexibility on which nights you book, moving a Friday reservation to a Wednesday can cut a family dinner bill substantially.
Stack that against the fact that the discount runs the full event period, not just one week, and this is the offer worth planning around.
The Everglazed Donut Is Weekly, Not One-Time
Read this one carefully: one per Member per week, no purchase necessary, during normal operating hours at Disney Springs.

Who Can Take Part
All Welcome Home Weeks events and offers are open to Members eligible for Membership Extras, plus up to 4 guests, or the number of additional guests on your reservation.
The Welcome Home Wakeup carries an extra requirement — you must hold a resort reservation at the same resort where the event is being held, on an event date. Eligible resorts for that event are:
- Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
- Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
- Aulani Resort
Your Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and photo ID are required at check-in for all events. You must be the Member listed on the card and be present.
That last rule matters. You cannot send family members to collect on your behalf. The Member has to be there.
How to Get the Most Out of It
- Pull up your Digital Membership Card before you leave the room. It’s in the Disney Vacation Club section of the My Disney Experience app, and cell service at Disney Springs on a busy evening is unreliable.
- Book table service Monday through Thursday. That’s where the 40% lives.
- Claim the Everglazed donut weekly. Set a reminder if you’re on a long stay.
- Check the Welcome Home Wakeup resort requirement before you plan around it. It’s the one offer with a real barrier.
