Oogie Boogie Bash 2026 Ticket On-Sale Dates
Tickets roll out in waves, and if you’re a Magic Key holder, you get early access:
- June 16 — Inspire Magic Key Holders pre-sale (limited tickets)
- June 17 — All Magic Key Holders pre-sale (limited tickets)
- June 18 — General public, no earlier than 9am PST
Sunday, September 27 is a D23 Members-only night. Tickets for that specific date go on sale June 16 via D23.com. If you’re a D23 member, that’s the date to target — it’ll be a smaller, more curated crowd.
What’s Included With Your Ticket
Party hours run 6pm to 11pm, but your ticket also gets you into California Adventure starting at 3pm — a full three hours of early access before the event begins. Unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital downloads from the party are included with your admission, which is a solid perk given how many photo opportunities the event has.
What’s New at Oogie Boogie Bash 2026: Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake
The headline new addition is “Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party.” Madame Leota hosts a spirited séance and swinging wake across multiple show-stopping moments, with 999 happy haunts, ghostly dancing, and ghoulish character appearances woven throughout.
If you’re a Haunted Mansion fan, this is the new experience to plan your night around. Disney has been leaning hard into Haunted Mansion IP since the film, and a dedicated street party around the property is a logical next step.
An optional Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party pairs with the street party, giving you an enhanced viewing experience plus a themed treat spread from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Reservations open on Disneyland.com later this summer.

Returning Favorites
Trick-or-Treating
Trick-or-treating runs along themed treat trails throughout California Adventure. You’ll also find not-often-seen Disney villains and Halloween-dressed characters scattered across the park — this is one of the best character-meeting opportunities on the Disneyland Resort calendar each year.
Villains Grove
Villains Grove transforms the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail into a walkthrough experience inspired by Disney villains including the Queen of Hearts and Dr. Facilier. It’s atmospheric, immersive, and one of the more underrated experiences at the party.
The Headless Horseman
On select evenings, Ichabod Crane races through California Adventure with the Headless Horseman in pursuit. It’s one of the most impressive live entertainment moments at any Disney park event — worth timing your evening to catch.
Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort
Oogie Boogie Bash is the ticketed party, but Halloween Time runs across the entire Disneyland Resort from August 21 through October 31, and you don’t need a party ticket to enjoy most of it. Daytime California Adventure highlights include Radiator Screams in Cars Land with Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree, Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark in Avengers Campus, and Mickey’s Trick and Treat at the Disney Theater starting August 18.
Over at Disneyland park, Haunted Mansion Holiday returns with a brand-new gingerbread house design in the ballroom. The Main Street Pumpkin Festival gets a new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge tribute near the Partners Statue featuring Chewbacca and the Millennium Falcon. Each evening, “Halloween Screams” projects Maleficent, Ursula, and other villains across Sleeping Beauty Castle, Main Street, and the Rivers of America — fireworks on select nights.

Plaza de la Familia and Día de los Muertos
Running August 21 through November 2, Plaza de la Familia at California Adventure celebrates Día de los Muertos with nods to Pixar’s Coco. Entertainment includes live storytellers performing songs from the film and mariachi at Paradise Garden Bandstand. The Paradise Garden Grill brings back the fan-favorite Chilaquiles Carnitas Torta for the season.
Hotels, Dining, and Extras
All three resort hotels get seasonal decor — Pixar Place Hotel with Monsters, Inc.-inspired touches, the Disneyland Hotel with Haunted Mansion theming, and the Grand Californian with its own seasonal confection display. Character dining includes Mickey’s Autumn Adventures and Clarabelle’s Enchanted Halloween Dinner at Storytellers Cafe, plus Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates Halloween at the Disneyland Hotel. Adults 21+ get a Halloween cocktail menu at Broken Spell Lounge.
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit — the scavenger hunt for Disney-themed pumpkin carvings across both parks and Downtown Disney — is back. Pick up an activity map at resort retail and redeem for a keepsake prize.
Ticket Deals to Know
The Kids’ Summer Ticket Offer is available through September 7, 2026. Children ages 3–9 can visit for $50 per day with a 1-Day Park Hopper Ticket. September also has $104 ticket days (1-Day, 1-Park for guests 10+) on specific dates: September 8–9, 15–17, 21–24, and 29. If you’re flexible on timing, those dates are the best value window of the fall season.
Final Thoughts
Oogie Boogie Bash 2026 looks like a strong year. The new Haunted Mansion street party is the obvious headline, and if it delivers on the concept, it’ll be the kind of experience that sells the party on its own. If you’re a Magic Key holder, set a reminder for June 16 — the best dates always go fast in the pre-sale. General public, mark June 18 at 9am PST and have your account ready before you sit down to buy.
