New Walt Disney World Fall Menu Items: Full 2026 List

Reading Time: 8 minutes
DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae at Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World just dropped one of the biggest food updates of the year. The new Walt Disney World fall menu items cover breakfast, snacks, and drinks across all four parks, both water parks, Disney Springs, and a long list of resort hotels. We are talking new Mickey waffle flavors, a churro lineup that got completely rebuilt, frozen slushes with and without alcohol, gelato milkshakes, and a stack of new cocktails.

This is a lot to sort through, so here is the full rundown organized by category, with the exact location for every item. Bookmark this one before your next trip, because half the fun is knowing what to hunt down before you get there.

A quick note before you start planning: a few of these items are tied to locations listed as opening in 2027, so not everything on this list is available the moment you walk in the gate.

Quick Summary

  • Five new Mickey waffle and pancake flavors are rolling out at value and moderate resort food courts
  • Ten new churro items are landing across all four parks and both water parks
  • New frozen slushes arrive in alcohol-free and spiked versions
  • Gelato milkshakes join the menu at EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, and Wilderness Lodge
  • New non-alcoholic sippers and 21-plus cocktails round out the lineup
  • Every waffle and pancake comes with a side of bacon and sausage

New Mickey Waffles and Pancakes at the Resorts

Five new flavors are rolling out at resort quick-service locations, and each one comes as either a character-shaped waffle or a pancake. Every order includes a side of bacon and sausage.

  • Birthday Cake Waffles or Pancakes with birthday cake custard, cake crumbles, and rainbow sprinkles — Landscape of Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
  • Strawberry Waffles or Pancakes with creamy vanilla custard — Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Port Orleans French Quarter, Riverside Mill Food Court at Port Orleans Riverside, and Everything POP at Disney’s Pop Century Resort
  • Caramel-Banana Waffles or Pancakes topped with streusel — End Zone Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
  • Fruit Cereal Waffles or Pancakes with creamy vanilla custard and fruit cereal — Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
  • Candy Bar Waffles or Pancakes with cookie bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce — World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort

Here is the practical read on this. Disney spread one flavor per All-Star resort, which means you cannot get all five without hopping between hotels. If a specific flavor matters to you, check which food court carries it before you go.

The strawberry version has the widest distribution, showing up at three separate resorts. That is the easiest one to find.

Churros Got a Complete Overhaul

This is the section that deserves your attention. Disney rebuilt the churro lineup across all four parks and both water parks.

  • Bavarian Cream-filled Churros with Chocolate Sauce — Anaheim Produce at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  • DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae — Warung Outpost at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Happy Landings at Typhoon Lagoon (opening 2027)
  • Cookie Butter Mini Churros with cookie butter cream and crushed cookies — Ice Cold Hydraulics at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  • Maple Bacon Churro Fries topped with maple bacon jam, crispy crepe wafers, and maple floss — Avalunch at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
  • Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae with churro loops, strawberry soft serve, strawberry compote, whipped cream, and cake crumble — Sunshine Seasons at EPCOT
  • Chocolate-filled Mini Churros — Market at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  • Churro Overdrive with cookies and cream mini churros, blue sugar, and marshmallow — Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom
  • Cookies and Cream Mini Churros — Popcorn and Snacks at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  • Churro-misu Cold Brew: Joffrey’s Cold Brew topped with tiramisu cold foam, served with a churro — Isle of Java at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
  • Family Churros: 21 bite-size churros with sprinkles, chocolate, and caramel dipping sauces — Mission Space Cart at EPCOT

Hollywood Studios came out of this with four separate churro items, more than any other park. If churros are your thing, that is where to spend your snack credits.

The Family Churros option at EPCOT is worth flagging for groups. Twenty-one bite-size churros with three dipping sauces is built for sharing, and shareable snacks usually work out better per person than individual ones.

Frozen Slushes

New slush flavors are landing across the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. Several come in both alcohol-free and spiked versions.

Without Alcohol

  • Key Lime Dream: Minute Maid Limeade and key lime topped with sweet cream and graham cracker crumbs — Studio Main Entrance Coffee, Pinocchio Village Haus, Regal Eagle Smokehouse Bar, Beaches Pool Bar and Grill
  • Golden Frozen Flame: Minute Maid Premium Lemonade blended with honey, chile, passion fruit, orange, and guava — Snack Cart near Hollywood Boulevard, Chef Mwanga’s, Outdoor Vending at Disney Springs (opening 2027), The Mara, Tambu Lounge, Leaning Palms at Typhoon Lagoon (opening 2027)
  • Peaches and Cream: Minute Maid Peach Purée with lemon, vanilla, and oat milk, topped with sweet cream cold foam — Backlot Express, The Friar’s Nook, Flame Tree Barbecue, Snack Cart near Creations Shop, The Daily Poutine, Marketplace Snacks, Lottawatta Lodge
  • Mango Heat Wave: frozen mango blended with chili-lime sauce — B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., Energy Bytes, The Feeding Ground

With Alcohol

  • Old Fashioned Freeze: Woodford Reserve Bourbon, citrus and tea slushy, angostura bitters — Anaheim Produce, Regal Eagle Smokehouse Bar, Flame Tree Barbecue, Courtyard Pool Bar
  • Frozen Key Lime Slush: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Minute Maid Limeade, key lime, and cream — Anaheim Produce
  • Blackberry Cobbler: Jack Daniel’s Blackberry Whiskey with blackberry and peach purée and lemon, topped with sweet cream and Biscoff cookie crumble — Backlot Express, B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co., Pizzafari
  • Frozen Marrakech Mango Margarita: Sango African Agave Spirit and Cointreau with Minute Maid Mango Smoothie Mix and lime — Oasis Sweets and Sips
  • Prickly Pear Margarita: LALO Blanco Tequila and Cointreau with lime juice, prickly pear, and agave — Chef Mwanga’s, Dockside Margaritas

The Peaches and Cream slush has the widest availability of anything in this section, showing up at seven locations across multiple parks. Mango Heat Wave also comes in a spirited version with Teremana Blanco Tequila at select spots.

Frozen Shakes

Steamboat Willie Milkshake at The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom
  • S’mores Gelato Milkshake: Belgian chocolate and French vanilla gelato, toasted marshmallow, chocolate bar, and graham cracker — Connections Eatery at EPCOT
  • Steamboat Willie Milkshake: blended cookies and cream ice cream topped with whipped cream, cookies and cream churros, a sugar cookie, and a cherry — The Plaza Restaurant at Magic Kingdom
  • Maple-Pecan Gelato Milkshake: French vanilla gelato, maple syrup, caramel, and pecans — Whispering Canyon Cafe

Two spiked shakes join them: the Espresso Martini Gelato Milkshake with Absolut Vodka and Mozart Chocolate Liqueur at Whispering Canyon Cafe, and the Espresso Martini Milkshake at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater.

The Steamboat Willie Milkshake at The Plaza is the one likely to draw a crowd. It is topped with its own churros, and The Plaza is already a busy table-service spot on Main Street.

Royal Berry Spritzer at Cinderella's Royal Table

Specialty Drinks and Non-Alcoholic Sippers

  • Enchanted Grove Lime Splash: Minute Maid Limeade with cucumber and mint — Spice Road Table and Bar, Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub, Tusker House Restaurant, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, Dockside Margaritas
  • Enchanting Ember Lemonade: Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey — Tusker House Restaurant, Dockside Margaritas
  • Royal Berry Spritzer: blueberry, blackberry, pomegranate, and cold-pressed lime juice topped with Topo Chico Blueberry and Hibiscus Sparkling Water — Cinderella’s Royal Table, Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub
Dublin After Dark cocktail at Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub

New Cocktails

  • Gold Standard Margarita: Mijenta Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, agave nectar — The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge, Dockside Margaritas
  • Cucumber Margarita: 1800 Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, cucumber, agave, lime — Disney Springs Outdoor Bars
  • Citrus Old Fashioned: Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Munyon’s Paw Paw Citrus Liqueur, orange bitters, demerara, cherry — Disney Springs Outdoor Bars
  • Spicy Margarita: Ghost Blanco Tequila, spicy agave nectar syrup, fresh lime juice with a chili-lime and pepper-salt rim — Be Our Guest Restaurant, Tusker House Restaurant, Dockside Margaritas
  • Dragon Fruit Margarita: LALO Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, dragon fruit purée — Dockside Margaritas
  • Rosé Spritz: strawberry and rosé spritz with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur, House of Brown Rosé — Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub
  • Scotch and Honey: Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch, lemon, honey, ginger, with a float of Islay Scotch — Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub
  • Berry Proper: Fords Gin, Combier Crème de Mûre Liqueur, lemon, blackberry — Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub
  • Dublin After Dark: Grey Goose Vodka, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, Joffrey’s Cold Brew, demerara, Guinness Draught — Rose and Crown Dining Room and Pub

Rose and Crown at EPCOT picked up four new cocktails, more than anywhere else. If you are doing World Showcase with drinks in mind, the United Kingdom pavilion just became a bigger stop.

Dockside Margaritas at Disney Springs is the other winner here, carrying five of the new drinks between the margaritas and the non-alcoholic options.

What to Prioritize

With this many additions, you cannot try everything in one trip. Here is how to narrow it down.

Staying at an All-Star or Art of Animation resort? The new waffle flavor at your food court is the easiest win on this list. You are already eating breakfast there.

Doing a Hollywood Studios day? Four new churro items live in that park. Pick two.

Heading to EPCOT? Rose and Crown for the cocktails, Sunshine Seasons for the Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae, Connections Eatery for the S’mores Gelato Milkshake.

At Magic Kingdom? The Steamboat Willie Milkshake at The Plaza and Churro Overdrive at Energy Bytes.

One more thing worth watching: several items list locations opening in 2027, including spots at Typhoon Lagoon and outdoor vending at Disney Springs. Those are not available yet.

The Bottom Line

The new Walt Disney World fall menu items are a genuinely large drop, and the churro section is the standout. Ten new churro items across the parks is more attention than that snack category has gotten in years.

Plan around your park days rather than chasing individual items across the resort. Most of these are spread thin enough that hunting one down costs you more time than it is worth.

Save this list, check it against your park schedule, and pick three or four things you actually want. That beats trying to eat your way through the whole menu and burning a day doing it.

I’m no stranger to Disney planning, as a Disneyland magic key holder and DVC member. I’m the person people ask for trip planning advice. But I had never been on a Disney cruise, and had heard great about Nate and decided to reach out. I’m so glad I did because we could not have been happier with our experience. His tips and insights were incredibly helpful, and he was incredibly responsive any time we had a question. Who do the Disney experts turn to when they need help? Nate, that’s who. We’ll definitely be using him again.

Our experience working with Nate as our Disney vacation planner was exceptional. He was responsive and thorough. He gave us insights that made the trip go much more smoothly. We were able to really relax and focus on quality time as a family and have so much fun doing it! I will definitely reach out for any future trips.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions. On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over. He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. Without a doubt, I will reach out to Nate when I'm ready to plan my next trip to Disney World!

We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going. There was a lot to consider and many decisions to make, such as where to stay, when to go, and what to experience. Nate really helped us narrow down what we wanted to do overall, but he didn’t stop there. He provided detailed guides to help us navigate the airport and find our transportation to the resort, as well as a guide to explore the resorts and make sure we saw the best Christmas decorations. One of the many amazing things he also did was set up our dinner reservations for us. This saved us so much stress and allowed us to get some of our top choices. From the moment we landed in Orlando to the moment we headed back home, he made sure everything went smoothly. You truly can’t go wrong with going to him for your next trip.

Nathan has been an amazing trip planner for me! So helpful and responsive. I am a very type A person -- so someone who is even more on top of their game than me -- is so so appreciated! Nathan has booked 3 trips for me (1 completed 2 pending) and it was perfection. Thanks again!

Nate has helped us with our vacation planning for the last couple of years and we couldn't be happier with his service and expertise. We've used other travel agents in the past and none of them have done as phenomenal a job to make sure every detail is taken care of as he has. Switching to Nate was one of the best decisions we've ever made. He's always quick to answer questions and works tirelessly to make sure we get everything we want from our trips. Plus, he's just a genuinely great person who is wonderful to work with. Whether you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, a Disney Cruise, or any other vacation, Nate is the guy you want putting it all together! Five stars across the board!
