When the Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar Holiday Menu Is Available
The holiday menu starts on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, and runs through Monday, January 11, 2027. That covers Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, plus the first week and a half of January.
Disney hasn’t posted prices for any of the items yet. We’ll update our coverage once those are out.

Holiday Food
There are seven food items on the holiday menu. Five are new for 2026, and two are returning from last year.
Holiday Freight Rolls (New)
Pork, beef, and sweet potato egg rolls served with a sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce.
This one sounds like the easiest item on the menu to share. The cranberry sauce gives a classic sweet-and-sour dip a holiday twist.
North Pole Catch (New)
A seafood sampler with:
- Smoked trout dip with lavash chips
- Smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese
- Fish and shrimp cakes with citrus mustard aioli
If you’re a seafood fan, this is the biggest plate on the list based on the description alone, with three separate components.
Oh Christmas Brie (New)
Crispy Danish brie served with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon.
Fried cheese, fruit, and candied bacon is a strong combination for a lounge snack. This is the one we’d order first.
Present Perfect Croquettes (New)
Fried turkey croquettes finished with a cherry-orange brandy glaze.
It’s basically a Thanksgiving plate in bite-size form, which makes it a good fit for a November visit.
Tinsel and Tender Bites (New)
Cabernet-braised short ribs served with spiced macadamia nuts and cauliflower purée.
This is the heartiest of the new dishes. If you’re making a meal out of small plates, this one adds some substance.
A Wreath of Wellington (Returning)
Strip steak, mushroom duxelles, gruyère, and puff pastry, finished with herbed Parmesan and a horseradish-mustard aioli.
This one is back from last year’s holiday menu.
Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs (Returning)
Deviled eggs with a sweet potato filling, topped with fried chicken, herbed butter, cranberry, and parsley.
Also returning from last year, these are one of the more unusual takes on deviled eggs you’ll find at Disney Springs.
Non-Alcoholic Drink
Hangar Holly Jolly (New)
Minute Maid Apple Juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice, and Seagram’s Ginger Ale, garnished with cranberries.
It’s the only non-alcoholic holiday option, so it’s the pick for kids or anyone skipping cocktails.

Holiday Cocktails
All three holiday cocktails are new this year.
Cranberry Apple Compass Mule
Hendrick’s Gin, apple cider, cranberry juice, and lemon juice, topped with ginger beer and sugared cranberries.
Frosted Passage Martini
Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, Bols Crème de Cacao White, and cream, garnished with a white chocolate piece.
This is the dessert cocktail of the group.
Holiday Cranberry Negroni
Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight (New)
The headline item this year is a new hot chocolate flight made with Joffrey’s Coffee hot cocoa. It comes with three spiked hot chocolates:
- Dark hot chocolate with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and cinnamon syrup, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon
- White hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord, topped with whipped cream, salted caramel crispy pearls, and raspberry sauce
- Dark hot chocolate with Malibu Coconut Rum and Baileys Original Irish Cream, topped with whipped cream, coconut flakes, and holiday sprinkles
A flight is a good way to try more than one drink without committing to three full cocktails, and it’s an easy one to split at the table.
Tips for Visiting
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar does not take reservations, and it gets busy in the evenings, especially on weekends during the holidays. Disney Springs as a whole is packed from Thanksgiving week through New Year’s.
- Go earlier in the day. An afternoon visit is your best shot at getting a seat without a long wait.
- Plan to share. With seven food items, most of these work better as a group order than as a single meal.
- Pair it with a stroll. The Christmas Tree Stroll runs across Disney Springs during the season, so you can make an afternoon of it.
The Bottom Line
The Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar holiday menu is mostly new this year, with five new food items, three new cocktails, a new mocktail, and the new hot chocolate flight. The Oh Christmas Brie and the Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight are the two we’re most curious about. Just go early, because this small bar fills up fast once the holiday crowds hit Disney Springs.
