If The Polite Pig is your go-to Disney Springs barbecue stop, your next visit is going to cost a little more. The Polite Pig price increase took effect October 14, 2026, and it touches nearly every part of the menu.

Kids’ meals jump from $9 to $11. Cocktail pitchers go from $29 to $32. Even sodas and bottled water are up. On top of that, a handful of new items arrived, and several favorites are gone, including two fish dishes and three desserts.

The Polite Pig is still one of the best-value sit-down-quality meals at Disney Springs. But if you’re feeding a family, these changes add up. Here’s every price change, what’s new, what was cut, and how to keep your bill in check.

Quick Summary

  • Kids’ meals: All five options rise from $9 to $11.
  • Cocktail pitchers: Up from $29 to $32. Single glasses go from $12 to $13.

The Polite Pig Price Increase, Category by Category

Kids’ Meals

All five kids’ meals rise from $9 to $11:

  • BBQ Meatballs
  • Chicken Tenders
  • Mac and Cheese
  • Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast
  • Smoked Pork Slider

That’s a 22% jump, and it’s the change families will feel most. For two kids, that’s an extra $4 per meal.

From the Smoker

  • Butcher Board (for 2): $44 → $48
  • Cedar Plank Salmon: $26 → $28
  • Layla’s Ribs: $26 → $28
  • Smoked Turkey Breast: $18 → $19
  • USDA Prime Brisket: $22 → $23

Sandwiches

  • Fried Chicken: $13 → $15
  • Smoked Chicken Salad Wrap: $12 → $14
  • Smoked Turkey BLT: $13 → $15
  • Southern Pig: $13 → $14
  • Low & Slow Brisket: $15 → $16

Shareables and Salad Add-Ons

  • Hop Salt Pretzel: $10 → $11
  • Slider Trio: $18 → $19
  • Salmon add-on (Chipotle Cobb and Polite Caesar): $11 → $12

Cocktails

Six Small Batch Cocktails rise from $29 to $32 per pitcher, and single glasses go from $12 to $13:

  • Grapefruit Margarita
  • Polite Mule
  • Polite Punch
  • Sangria
  • Vodka Lemonade
  • Whiskey Sour

Beer, Wine, and Beverages

  • Bud Light: $22 → $25
  • High Noon: $5 → $7
  • Sodas: $3.50 → $4
  • Bottled water: $3 → $3.50

What’s New on the Menu

Three items have been added:

  • Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage (From the Smoker) — $18: Served with porter mustard glaze, jalapeño cornbread, polite slaw, and your choice of market side. It replaces the BBQ Cheddar Brats.
  • Polite Pig Rosé — $27: From Lapostolle in Chile.
  • Seasonal Dessert — $8.

What’s Been Removed

Several items are gone:

  • BBQ Cheddar Brats
  • Smoked Black Drum Fish
  • Smoked Mahi-Mahi with Summer Vegetable Ragout
  • Key Lime Pie
  • Red Velvet Cake
  • Sweet Potato Spice Cake
  • Berry Scary Bourbon Smash (seasonal Halloween cocktail)
  • Mesquite Margarita, Old Fashioned Remedy, and Tropical Spice Fusion
  • Saison de Cochon, Stella Artois, and Trucks and Trains Pale Ale

With both smoked fish dishes gone, Cedar Plank Salmon is now the only non-meat protein in the smoker section. And the dessert menu shrinks from three cakes and pies to a single Seasonal Dessert.

Whiskey Flight and Wine Changes

The bourbon bar got a refresh, and not every change is a price hike:

  • Florida Flight: Manifest Rye replaces Palm Ridge Reserve. Price drops from $24 to $22.
  • Polite Flight: 1792 Small Batch replaces Eagle Rare. No price change.
  • Refined Flight: Blanton’s Single Barrel replaces Horse Soldier Small Batch. Up from $26 to $27.
  • Rye Flight: Whistle Pig Piggyback Rye replaces Whistle Pig Private Barrel. Price drops from $25 to $21.

The house wines also changed labels. The Polite Pig Red is now Textbook Cabernet, and the Polite Pig White is now Dough Pinot Gris.

How Much More Will a Family Meal Cost?

Here’s a simple example. Say two adults order a Fried Chicken sandwich and a Smoked Turkey BLT, plus two kids’ meals and two sodas.

  • Before: $13 + $13 + $9 + $9 + $3.50 + $3.50 = $51.00
  • After: $15 + $15 + $11 + $11 + $4 + $4 = $60.00

That’s $9 more, about an 18% increase, before tax and tip.

Tips to Save at The Polite Pig

Share the Butcher Board. At $48 for two, it’s still one of the best ways to sample a lot of the menu.

Try the cheaper whiskey flights. If you’re a bourbon fan, the Florida and Rye flights both got cheaper.

Split sides and shareables. Portions are generous, so splitting a pretzel or slider trio can stretch your meal.

The Bottom Line

The Polite Pig price increase took effect October 14, 2026, raising prices across kids’ meals, smoker plates, sandwiches, cocktails, and drinks. Kids’ meals now cost $11, cocktail pitchers are $32, and a typical family lunch costs roughly $9 more than before. New items include the Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage and a Seasonal Dessert, while two fish dishes and three desserts are gone. It’s still a solid Disney Springs pick, but budget a little extra. I’m no stranger to Disney planning, as a Disneyland magic key holder and DVC member. I’m the person people ask for trip planning advice. But I had never been on a Disney cruise, and had heard great about Nate and decided to reach out. I’m so glad I did because we could not have been happier with our experience. His tips and insights were incredibly helpful, and he was incredibly responsive any time we had a question. Who do the Disney experts turn to when they need help? Nate, that’s who. We’ll definitely be using him again.

We were able to really relax and focus on quality time as a family and have so much fun doing it! I will definitely reach out for any future trips.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions. On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over. He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. Without a doubt, I will reach out to Nate when I'm ready to plan my next trip to Disney World!

We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going. There was a lot to consider and many decisions to make, such as where to stay, when to go, and what to experience. Nate really helped us narrow down what we wanted to do overall, but he didn’t stop there. He provided detailed guides to help us navigate the airport and find our transportation to the resort, as well as a guide to explore the resorts and make sure we saw the best Christmas decorations. One of the many amazing things he also did was set up our dinner reservations for us. This saved us so much stress and allowed us to get some of our top choices. From the moment we landed in Orlando to the moment we headed back home, he made sure everything went smoothly. You truly can’t go wrong with going to him for your next trip.

Nathan has been an amazing trip planner for me! So helpful and responsive. I am a very type A person -- so someone who is even more on top of their game than me -- is so so appreciated! Nathan has booked 3 trips for me (1 completed 2 pending) and it was perfection. Thanks again!

Nate has helped us with our vacation planning for the last couple of years and we couldn't be happier with his service and expertise. We've used other travel agents in the past and none of them have done as phenomenal a job to make sure every detail is taken care of as he has. Switching to Nate was one of the best decisions we've ever made. He's always quick to answer questions and works tirelessly to make sure we get everything we want from our trips. Plus, he's just a genuinely great person who is wonderful to work with. Whether you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, a Disney Cruise, or any other vacation, Nate is the guy you want putting it all together! Five stars across the board!
