CommuniCore Hall has gone full cheese. Cheers to Cheese is now open as part of the 2026 EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival, and it runs through November 8 — a limited window inside the festival’s 87-day run.
It’s included with standard EPCOT theme park admission, it’s indoors and air-conditioned, and it has actual seating. If you’ve ever wandered World Showcase in October looking for somewhere to sit down with a plate, that last detail alone makes this worth your time.
Here’s what’s inside: the food and prices, the exhibits, and how to work it into a festival day.
Quick Summary
- What: Cheers to Cheese, an exhibit and marketplace experience at CommuniCore Hall
- Runs: Now through November 8, daily
- Cost: Included with standard EPCOT theme park admission
- Anchor booth: The Wedge, hosted by Dairy Does More
- Food prices: $5.49 to $7.29, with a Wine and Cheese Pairing at $17.50
- Exhibits: Cheese history, cheesemaking science, and an interactive pairing display
- Bonus: Indoor seating and festival merchandise
The Wedge: Food and Prices
The space is built around The Wedge, the festival marketplace booth hosted by Dairy Does More, available September 18 through November 8.
Here’s the menu:
- Selection of Cheeses with accompaniments featuring Proudly Wisconsin Cheese — $7.29 (new)
- Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce, shaved beef, peppers, onions, and herbed panko — $6.49
- Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko, and jalapeños — $7.19
- Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce and herbed panko — $5.49
- Cannoli Milk Shake topped with chocolate shavings, a cannoli shell, and a maraschino cherry — $5.49 (non-alcoholic)
- Wine and Cheese Pairing — $17.50
Drinks
- Las Jaras Superbloom Rosé — $8.50
- Caymus Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon — $13.00
- Bodegas Avancia Old Vines Godello — $8.50
- Wine Flight — $12.50
For festival pricing, the mac and cheese options are on the friendlier end. The Three-Cheese at $5.49 is one of the cheaper plates you’ll find across the whole event, and the Cannoli Milk Shake at the same price is a legitimate dessert.
The Exhibits
The rest of the hall got a full cheese-themed fit-out: warm orange, yellow, and rust tones covering the walls floor to ceiling, illustrated cheese graphics, and hanging banners running the length of the space.
Scattered through it are several displays:
- The Age of Cheese — a central freestanding display that acts as the main information hub, covering cheese types and varieties
- American Cheestory — a timeline panel tracing cheese in America from 1602, when cheese arrived on the Mayflower, through 2026, when the US produces around 6.5 million metric tons annually, more than any other country
- The Whey It Works — a panel explaining how milk becomes cheese in three stages, from separating curds and whey through ripening
- Perfect Pairings — an interactive display with spinnable columns that let you match Burrata, Havarti, or Gruyère with honey, olives, and pickles
- EPCOT Takes the Cake… The Cheesecake! — a large illustrated World Showcase map highlighting which festival booths are serving cheese-featuring dishes
- Cheese of the Day — a rotating daily feature board near the entrance
The American Cheestory timeline has the best trivia in the room: Thomas Jefferson serving “macaroni pie” at an 1802 state dinner, Sicilian migration bringing the cannoli to the US in the 1880s, and a women-led cheesemaking renaissance in the 1970s.
The Most Useful Display
If you’re doing Emile’s Fromage Montage, the EPCOT Takes the Cake map is the one to study. It maps which booths serve cheese-forward dishes with notes on what makes each one work, which is a genuinely practical planning tool rather than decoration.
Perfect Pairings is the most hands-on element, and it’s the one kids will actually engage with.
Seating and Merchandise
Seating is available inside, with a mix of round cheese-patterned tables and standard tables and chairs across the hall floor. During Food and Wine, that’s a real advantage. Finding a place to sit in World Showcase during a busy weekend is close to impossible.
Festival merchandise is available at the front of the space, including Food and Wine 2026 apparel, Spirit Jerseys, ears, bags, and Chip ‘n’ Dale merchandise.
How to Work It Into Your EPCOT Day
- Go mid-afternoon. It’s indoor and climate-controlled, which makes it the ideal break between World Showcase laps
- Eat here before the booths. The prices are lower than many World Showcase stops, so it’s a cheaper way to start
- Use it as a meeting point. Seating plus air conditioning makes it the easiest place to regroup with a split party
- Don’t wait until November. The exhibit ends November 8, weeks before the festival itself wraps
The Bottom Line
Cheers to Cheese at CommuniCore Hall is open now through November 8, included with EPCOT admission, with The Wedge serving cheese plates and mac and cheese from $5.49 to $7.29 alongside exhibits on cheese history and cheesemaking.
Build it into the middle of a festival day, use the World Showcase cheese map before you start eating your way around the lagoon, and take advantage of the indoor seating while you have it.
