If Jollywood Nights is on your list this year, put a note on your calendar for September 17. That is when reservations open for Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby, and space is limited.
Here is the pitch. Jollywood Nights is a busy, high-energy party. Jazzy Holidays is the quiet corner of it — a more adult-oriented space where you can sit down, order a cocktail, and still be inside the event. If you have ever hit hour three of a hard-ticket party and wanted somewhere to stop moving, this is that.
One thing to understand before you book: this costs money on top of money. Here is exactly how the pricing works, the full menu released so far, and the dates.
Quick Summary
- Reservations open September 17, 2026
- Jazzy Holidays runs select nights from November 7 through January 5, 2027
- It takes place at The Hollywood Brown Derby as part of Disney Jollywood Nights
- A valid Jollywood Nights ticket is required and is not included with your reservation
- Food and drinks are purchased separately and are not included with the event ticket
- Jollywood Nights tickets run $169 to $199 per person plus tax depending on the date
How the Costs Actually Stack
This trips people up every year, so let me be direct about it.
You need three things, and they are billed separately:
- A Jollywood Nights event ticket — $169 to $199 per person plus tax, depending on the date
- A Jazzy Holidays dining reservation — this reserves your spot, but does not include food
- The food and drinks themselves — purchased at the restaurant
Your dining reservation is not a package. It is a table. Everything you eat and drink is an additional purchase, and the event ticket is separate from both.
Budget accordingly. A couple attending one night is looking at $338 to $398 in tickets before anyone orders a slider.

The Menu
An event-exclusive menu of light bites and craft cocktails is on offer. Worth flagging clearly: the standard Hollywood Brown Derby menu will not be available during the event. If you were planning on the Cobb salad, that is not on the table.
Food
- Jazzy Sliders — Bison and Pork, Onion Jam, and Gorgonzola Cheese on a Brioche Roll
- Chorizo Arancini — Shaved Parmesan and Salmorejo Tomato Sauce
- Pork Belly Bao — Korean Barbecue, Cucumber Slaw, and Soy Vinaigrette
- Tofu Bao — Seared Tofu, Cucumber Slaw, and Soy Vinaigrette (plant-based)
- Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori — Crispy Rice, Passion Fruit-Soy Marinated Chicken, Cilantro Aïoli, and Watermelon Radish
That is a genuinely interesting lineup for a park event. Bison and pork sliders with gorgonzola is not standard theme park food, and having a plant-based bao built in rather than bolted on is a good sign.

Cocktails
- Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita — Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, Lime Juice, and House-made Cranberry-Jalapeño Simple Syrup
Disney has also shown an Old Fashioned served over a branded logo ice cube with an orange slice and cherry garnish, plus a holiday hot chocolate topped with whipped cream, red and green sprinkles, and two chocolate brownie cookies.
Full menu details are still to be announced, so expect more items between now and November.
Why the Hot Chocolate Matters
Small point, but a useful one. A non-alcoholic showpiece drink on the menu means this space works for a group that is not all drinking.
Jazzy Holidays is described as more adult-oriented, and that reads as a bar experience. The hot chocolate suggests it is closer to a lounge — somewhere a mixed group can sit without half the table nursing a soda.
Dates and How to Book
Jazzy Holidays runs select nights from November 7, 2026 through January 5, 2027, aligned with the Jollywood Nights calendar.
Reservations open September 17, 2026. You can book online through the Walt Disney World dining reservation system, or by calling Disney Central at 407-WDW-DINE.
A few booking notes:
Check the Jollywood Nights calendar first. Your dining reservation is worthless without a matching event ticket for that same night. Buy the ticket, then book the table.
Target the cheaper dates. Event tickets swing $30 per person between the low and high end. Early November and early January nights are typically the cheaper ones.
Book on September 17. Space is limited, and a lounge inside a hard-ticket event has a small capacity by definition. This is not one to leave for October.
Who This Is Actually For
Book it if you are already committed to Jollywood Nights, you want a break from the crowds mid-event, and you are comfortable spending on food beyond the ticket price.
Skip it if the Jollywood Nights ticket is already stretching your budget. The event includes plenty without this add-on, and $169 to $199 per person is a real amount of money before you buy anything else.
Definitely skip it if you were counting on the regular Brown Derby menu. That is not available during the event.
The Bottom Line
Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby opens reservations September 17, 2026, and runs select nights from November 7 through January 5, 2027.
Understand the three-part cost before you commit: event ticket, reservation, then food and drinks on top. The reservation holds your table and nothing else.
If the numbers work for you, book on the 17th. A limited-capacity lounge inside a sold-out party is exactly the kind of thing that disappears in the first week.
