Just Announced: 2025 Eat to the Beat Line Up, Artists, and Dining Packages

Hey Disney Vacationers! If you’re heading to EPCOT this fall, you need to know about the 2025 Eat to the Beat Line Up. Disney just released the full artist schedule and dining package details for this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and it’s packed with returning legends, first-time headliners, and plenty of ways to pair your food with live music.

I’ve been to this event for years—it’s one of those EPCOT traditions I never skip. Whether you’re into pop throwbacks, 2000s anthems, or just looking for a place to sit and relax with a drink, this concert series delivers.

What Is Eat to the Beat?

Eat to the Beat is a live concert series held during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Shows take place at the America Gardens Theatre, located in the American Adventure Pavilion. The concerts are included with park admission and happen three times nightly—typically at 5:30 PM, 6:45 PM, and 8:00 PM. No extra ticket required.

This year’s festival runs from August 28 through November 22, 2025. That gives you nearly three months of food booths, specialty drinks, exclusive merchandise, and nightly concerts.

Eat to the Beat Dining Package: What You Need to Know

If you want a guaranteed seat at one of the concerts, the Eat to the Beat Dining Package is your best bet. When you book a dining package at a participating EPCOT restaurant, you’ll get a meal, a nonalcoholic beverage, and a guaranteed concert seat for that evening’s show.

For most restaurants, you’ll receive an entrée, dessert, and drink. At Spice Road Table, the package includes two small plates, a shared dessert platter, and a nonalcoholic drink.

Prices vary depending on the restaurant, but packages start at $36 per adult at Regal Eagle Smokehouse (quick service) and go up to $99 at Le Cellier Steakhouse. If you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, most of these restaurants only require one table-service credit.

When and How to Book

Dining packages typically become available for booking 60 days in advance. Reservations can be made through the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience app.

If you’re hoping to catch a major act like Boyz II Men, The Beach Boys, or Hanson, it’s a smart move to book your package the day it opens.

Last-Minute Options: Same-Day Dining Packages

Didn’t get a reservation? You still have a shot.

Same-day dining packages are available at Regal Eagle Smokehouse on a first-come, first-served basis. Head to the restaurant early in the day to purchase a package that includes a meal and a guaranteed seat to that evening’s concert. It’s a great backup strategy, especially if you’re park hopping or playing it by ear.

Tips for the Best Experience

After years of trial and error, here are a few of my top tips:

• Book an early meal. Lunch packages often come with better seat assignments than dinner.
• Arrive early to the theater. Even with reserved seating, you’ll want to line up in advance for the best views.
• Use your dining plan. Most of the restaurants only require one credit, making it a good value.
• Stick close to the venue if you’re short on time. Restaurants like Regal Eagle, Rose & Crown, and Spice Road Table are all nearby.
• Prepare for peak nights. Weekend shows and big-name acts draw larger crowds.

Accessible seating is available—just speak to a Cast Member at the theatre entrance for help.
