There is a new souvenir heading to Beast’s Castle. The Be Our Guest goblet is a light-up cup featuring Belle and the Beast, and it comes paired with a specialty non-alcoholic drink served exclusively at the restaurant.
What Disney has not said is what it costs or when exactly it arrives. It has said one thing that matters: it is available while supplies last.
Here is what the goblet looks like, what comes with it, and the honest assessment of whether a light-up cup is worth building a reservation around.
Quick Summary
- The Be Our Guest Goblet is a light-up souvenir cup
- It features a stained-glass style design of Belle and the Beast dancing
- The base includes the Beast’s enchanted rose under a glass dome
- It comes paired with a specialty non-alcoholic drink exclusive to Be Our Guest
- Pricing and the exact release date have not been announced
- It will be available while supplies last
What the Goblet Looks Like
The design is a stained-glass style rendering of Belle and the Beast dancing, set against the restaurant’s signature ballroom scene.
That is a smart choice. The ballroom dance is the single most recognizable image from the film, and tying the cup’s artwork to the room you are sitting in connects the souvenir to the experience rather than just slapping characters on a vessel.
The detail that sells it is the base: the Beast’s enchanted rose under a glass dome. And the cup lights up, which is the whole point at a table inside a dim castle dining room.
What Comes With It
The goblet is served with a specialty non-alcoholic beverage, available exclusively at Be Our Guest Restaurant.
Disney has not detailed what the drink actually is — no ingredients, no description beyond “specialty.”
Worth noting that a non-alcoholic pairing is the right call here. Be Our Guest skews heavily toward families, and a light-up goblet is going to appeal most to the people at the table who cannot order a cocktail.
What Has Not Been Announced
Being straight about the gaps, because they are most of the story.
No price. Souvenir light-up cups at Walt Disney World have generally run in the $20s to low $30s when sold with a drink, but Disney has confirmed nothing here.
No exact release date. “Coming soon” is all there is.
No word on buying it separately. Whether you can purchase the goblet without the drink has not been addressed.
The one firm detail is while supplies last, which signals a limited run rather than a permanent menu addition. If you want it, do not assume it will be there next trip.
Planning Around It
Here is the practical problem: Be Our Guest is one of the harder reservations at Magic Kingdom, and you cannot book a table on the strength of a souvenir with no release date.
Do not rebook your trip around this. There is no date to plan against.
If you already have a Be Our Guest reservation, ask when you are seated. Servers will know whether it has launched.
Check the My Disney Experience menu listing closer to your trip. New specialty beverages typically appear on the digital menu before they get announced anywhere else.
If you miss it, the restaurant is worth going for on its own merits regardless. In my experience, it’s one of the best sit-down restaurants at the Magic Kingdom when it comes to food. If you’re looking for character interactions, this may not be the best restaurant. The Beast does walk through the restaurant, but does not stop at any tables.
Where to Find It
Be Our Guest Restaurant is in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom, inside the Beast’s Castle.
The restaurant is known for its themed dining rooms — the West Wing and the Ballroom among them — and the rooms are genuinely the reason to go. The West Wing in particular, with its torn portrait and enchanted rose, is one of the better interior spaces Disney has built.
If the goblet’s stained-glass ballroom artwork appeals, request the Ballroom when you check in. Seating is not guaranteed by room, but asking costs nothing and the match between cup and setting is a nice touch.
How Disney Souvenir Cups Usually Work
If you have not bought one of these before, a few patterns are worth knowing, because they shape whether this is a good buy.
The drink is rarely the point. Specialty beverages sold with a souvenir vessel are priced around the vessel. You are buying a cup that happens to arrive full.
Light-up cups are not dishwasher safe. Anything with an LED base needs hand washing, and the electronics are not replaceable. Treat it as a display piece that can occasionally hold a drink rather than everyday glassware.
Getting it home takes planning. A ceramic or glass goblet in a backpack for the rest of a park day is a gamble. Most people either use package delivery to their resort or buy it on the last day.
“While supplies last” tends to mean weeks, not months, for the popular designs. A stained-glass Beauty and the Beast cup in the restaurant it depicts is going to be one of the popular ones.
The Bottom Line
The Be Our Guest goblet is a light-up souvenir cup with a stained-glass Belle and Beast design and an enchanted rose in the base, served with an exclusive non-alcoholic drink.
No price. No release date. No word on whether it sells separately. Just “coming soon” and “while supplies last.”
If you have a Be Our Guest reservation coming up, ask about it at the table. If you do not, this is not a reason to chase one — but it is a nice thing to find waiting if your trip lines up.
