A Mickey Mouse Souvenir Plate is coming to nine quick-service restaurants at Walt Disney World, and it is one of those small merchandise ideas that is going to be more popular than it sounds.
The plate is Mickey-shaped, comes in four colors — one per park — and each one carries an illustration of that park’s icon. You add it to your entrée as an additional purchase.
Quick Summary
- A Mickey Mouse-shaped souvenir plate is coming to nine quick-service locations
- Four designs, one for each park: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom
- Available as an add-on purchase with your entrée
- Available while supplies last
- No release date has been confirmed
- No price has been announced
Where You Can Get One
Nine locations across all four parks:
Magic Kingdom
- Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café
- Pinocchio Village Haus
EPCOT
- Connections Eatery
- Sunshine Seasons
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Backlot Express
- Rosie’s All-American Café
- Catalina Eddie’s
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Flame Tree Barbecue
- Pizzafari
That is a sensible spread. Three of the four parks get at least two locations, and Hollywood Studios gets three. These are also high-volume counter-service spots — Pecos Bill and Flame Tree in particular move an enormous number of meals in a day. However, they are not the most popular spots in each of the parks. It appears Disney is looking to move some of the crowds away from the most popular spots like, Satu’li Canteen and Regal Eagle.

The Four Designs
Each plate is tied to a park and carries that park’s icon:
- Blue (Magic Kingdom) — an illustration of Cinderella Castle
- Green (EPCOT) — a Spaceship Earth character illustration against a green gradient, with the Walt Disney World logo at the bottom
- Yellow (Animal Kingdom) — an illustration of the Tree of Life against an orange and green gradient
- Purple (Hollywood Studios) — an illustration of the Hollywood Tower Hotel against a pink-to-purple gradient, with the Walt Disney World logo at the bottom
The gradients are the design choice worth noting. Each plate uses a two-tone color wash rather than flat color, which gives the set a more deliberate look than the usual park merchandise palette.
The Part Nobody Says Out Loud
Four plates. Four parks. One location per park at minimum.
This is a collection, and it is built like one. If you are doing a multi-day trip across all four parks, you can come home with the full set — which is almost certainly the point.
Whether each plate is only sold at its own park has not been confirmed. That detail matters: if the Magic Kingdom plate is only available at Magic Kingdom, completing the set requires four park days. If all nine locations carry all four designs, you could theoretically collect them in one afternoon at Hollywood Studios.
What We Don’t Know Yet
Three gaps, and they are the three that matter:
No release date. Disney has not confirmed when these arrive.
No price. It is described as an additional purchase on top of your entrée, but Disney has not said what that costs. For comparison, souvenir cups and similar quick-service add-ons at Walt Disney World typically land in the single digits to low teens — but that is a reference point, not a prediction.
No confirmation on park exclusivity. See above.
“While Supplies Last” Is Doing Work
This one is worth taking seriously.
The plate is available while supplies last, which means it is a limited run rather than a permanent menu addition. Disney uses that phrasing for items that are genuinely finite, and merchandise like this tends to disappear faster than anyone expects — particularly once a few photos circulate and the collection angle becomes obvious.
If you want one, go early in the run rather than saving it for the last day of your trip. The specific design you want is the thing most likely to sell out, since one color going first is more probable than all four going at the same rate.
Is It Actually Worth It?
The honest case for: it is a practical souvenir. You use it. It survives the suitcase. It costs a fraction of what a comparable item costs in a gift shop, and you are buying it in a moment when you are already standing at a register.
The honest case against: quick-service add-ons are impulse purchases by design, and four of them across a trip adds up. A shaped plate is also awkward to pack, and Mickey ears stick out from a stack of dinnerware in a way that matters if you actually plan to use them at home.
The deciding factor is probably whether you want one plate or the set. One is a nice souvenir. Four is a project.
The Bottom Line
A Mickey-shaped souvenir plate at nine quick-service restaurants, four designs, one per park, available while supplies last. No date, no price yet.
