Starting May 27th through September 1st, CommuniCore Hall is becoming “the ultimate game party and play space” hosted by Goofy himself.

This is Disney’s way of adding something new for families with young kids. They’re turning an underwhelming spot into a fun, air-conditioned summer escape — and Goofy is running the show.

Let’s be real. CommuniCore Hall has had a rocky start. Fans — including folks like me — expected a lot more from it. It’s been mostly underused and has felt more like a placeholder than a feature. There have been a couple of big wins like the Disney on Broadway exhibit.

Disney heard the noise. So now, they’re giving the space purpose. With the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival wrapping up, Goofy is sliding in with something fresh.

“…following the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, families with young kids will be able to cool down while enjoying the ultimate game party and play space featuring none other than Goofy as he takes over CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT. What to Expect

We don’t have every detail yet, but here’s what we do know:

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip.
