Big changes are coming to Universal CityWalk’s dining lineup. Five Guys Burgers is coming to Universal CityWalk Orlando, taking over the space currently occupied by the Burger King Whopper Bar. The Whopper Bar closes April 21, clearing the way for one of the most popular fast-casual burger chains in the country to set up shop right outside Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.

The End of the Burger King Whopper Bar at CityWalk

When Does Five Guys Open at CityWalk?

Universal hasn’t announced an official opening date yet. Based on the Burger King Whopper Bar’s April 21 closure, expect a gap for construction and fit-out before Five Guys opens. The current timeline points to later this summer for the opening.
