The park is currently in preview mode for Universal Orlando Team Members, and as final touches are being added, Universal has shared a first look at one of the most anticipated meet and greets, the Hiccup and Toothless meet and greet!

Hiccup and Toothless Meet and Greet at Isle of Berk

“The heart of a chief and the soul of a dragon. Get ready to meet Hiccup and his best bud Toothless, only at How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk in Universal Epic Universe, opening May 22, 2025.” – Universal Orlando Resort

Universal just dropped an official look at the Hiccup and Toothless meet and greet, confirming that guests will have a chance to interact with the beloved characters from How to Train Your Dragon. This will be one of the highlights of Isle of Berk, a fully immersive land within Epic Universe.

More Than Just a Meet and Greet

Universal isn’t stopping with just Hiccup and Toothless. Guests visiting Isle of Berk will encounter:

• Multiple dragons and characters roaming the land.

• Flying dragons soaring above the area.

• Walk-around dragons bringing Berk to life.

• The Untrainable Dragon, an indoor stage show featuring live entertainment.

This land is shaping up to be a dream for How to Train Your Dragon fans, offering a mix of interactive experiences, rides, and live entertainment.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions.  On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over.  He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going. There was a lot to consider and many decisions to make, such as where to stay, when to go, and what to experience. He provided detailed guides to help us navigate the airport and find our transportation to the resort, as well as a guide to explore the resorts and make sure we saw the best Christmas decorations.
