Who Can Attend?

This event is exclusively for Disney Vacation Club Members eligible for Membership Extras benefits. Members must also have a qualifying reservation booked within their Membership at one of these locations:

• A Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida
• Disney’s Vero Beach Resort on the event date

Party Size Details:
Each Membership Cardholder can bring up to four guests or the total number of guests listed on their Resort reservation.

How to Get There

The event is held at the Atlantic Dance Hall on Disney’s BoardWalk, a charming venue perfect for a Valentine’s celebration. However, parking is not available for this event. Disney strongly encourages Members to use Walt Disney World Resort transportation for convenience.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip. Nate was VERY responsive to emails and texts and more than willing to do whatever he could to guide us and answer our questions.  On several occasions I emailed him over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday but each time he responded before the weekend was over.  He even participated in a Zoom session with our group of five seniors as we planned our trip. He also helped us at the 11th hour when we added a family member to our travel group less than a month before our trip. We are so thankful we used Nate to plan not only our first Disney trip, but also our second. He made the process so easy for us, especially for us since it was our first time going. • Your Digital Membership Card should be added to the digital wallet of your mobile device before arrival, as using the temporary card will not expedite the check-in process.

Once the event reaches capacity, arriving Members and their Guests may be able to wait in line at the entrance, and can be admitted when event attendees exit the venue. However, the line may be closed before 1:00 PM, depending on the number of Members and Guests waiting to be admitted.
