Jock Lindsey’s is going Halloween again, and it’s the anchor of a Disney Springs-wide takeover. Halloween treats arrive August 11, 2026, with restaurants across Disney Springs rolling out seasonal food and drinks.
Most Disney Springs Halloween menus run through early November. A few stick around into December.
Here’s the full rundown by location.
Quick Summary
- Halloween food and drinks arrive at Disney Springs on August 11
- Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar Halloween overlay runs August 11 through November 9
- Most menus run through early November; some extend into December
- Amorette’s, Homecomin’, Everglazed, The Ganachery, Raglan Road, and more all participate

Halloween Overlay at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
The Halloween overlay returns August 11 and runs through November 9, bringing new food, new drinks, and Halloween decor throughout the bar.
New Food
- Candelabra Eggs — deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken, sweet-and-tart pepper sauce, and aji amarillo custard
- Alien Invader Sliders — Nashville hot fried chicken, provolone, dill pickle, and a cheddar-chive biscuit
- Dark Forest Dip — roasted mixed mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots, hummus, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pita
- Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken — crispy fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts, popcorn, and hot honey sauce
- Bone Kebabs — pork and beef bone kebabs, prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce, and kataifi straws
- Skull of the Dead Dip — barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce, spicy fried onion straws, and plantain chips

New Drinks
- Temple of Doom Margarita — Patrón Silver, blackberry brandy, blackberry purée, and habanero-lime syrup
- Viper’s Nest — pineapple juice, white cranberry juice, green apple syrup, blue curaçao, and Sprite with juice-filled pearls
- Skull and Sour — Jameson, peach schnapps, lemon juice, and pumpkin spice syrup
- Midnight Relic — Tito’s vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, and lemon juice
- Fright Flight — a sampler of the bar’s frozen Halloween drinks
The Fright Flight is the order. A sampler of frozen Halloween drinks is the most efficient way to judge a seasonal cocktail menu, and it beats committing to one full-size drink you might not like.
The Bone Kebabs are the most ambitious food item. Kataifi straws — shredded phyllo — is a genuinely unusual technique for a theme park bar menu.

What to Prioritize
The Ganachery’s Haunted Mansion Portrait Bars are the most collectible item on this list — four chocolate ganache bars themed to the stretching room portraits.
Everglazed’s Haunted Mansion vegan ube donut is the best plant-based Halloween item at Disney Springs, and ube is a genuinely good flavor rather than a compromise.
Raglan Road’s full menu is the strongest single-restaurant lineup here — seven items including a custom pumpkin cream ale brewed by 81 Brewing.
Watch the date windows. Erin McKenna’s runs October only. Raglan Road starts September 1. Swirls starts September 4. Jaleo starts September 22 and runs to December 31.
No park ticket needed. Disney Springs parking and admission are free, which makes a dedicated Halloween food crawl one of the cheapest ways to do Disney Halloween.
The Bottom Line
Disney Springs Halloween food and drinks start August 11, 2026, with Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar bringing back its Halloween overlay through November 9 and menus rolling out across more than a dozen locations.
Most run through early November, with Jaleo extending to December 31 and Erin McKenna’s confined to October.
Start at Jock Lindsey’s with the Fright Flight, pick up Haunted Mansion Portrait Bars at The Ganachery, and check the date windows before you plan a trip around any single item.
