Black Tap’s CrazyShake is coming to Disney Springs — and if you’ve never had one, this is your chance without a trip to New York City. The limited-time pop-up is taking over the former Sprinkles cupcake location in Town Center, opening in March 2026 for a planned 90-day run. The star of the menu is the Special Edition Mickey Mouse Shake, and it’s as extra as you’d expect from Black Tap.
What Is a CrazyShake?
Black Tap built its reputation on CrazyShakes — over-the-top milkshakes topped with an avalanche of candy, cookies, cake slices, and whatever else the team decides to pile on. They went viral around 2016 and have maintained a cult following ever since. The Disney Springs version brings that same concept to Walt Disney World, with a Mickey-themed shake designed specifically for this location.
The Special Edition Mickey Mouse Shake
The headliner is the Special Edition Mickey Mouse Shake at $24. It’s a strawberry shake with a vanilla frosted rim and Mickey Mouse sprinkles, topped with a homemade Mickey Mouse-shaped crisped treat, white and red rock candy, whipped cream, red sprinkles, and a cherry. It’s photogenic, it’s themed, and it’s built for the Disney Springs guest who wants something memorable. If you’re visiting with kids — or honestly just want a ridiculous dessert experience — this is the one.
Full Menu Breakdown
Beyond the Mickey shake, the menu includes: CrazyShakes at $17.50 — the signature over-the-top shakes with elaborate toppings — and Classic Shakes at $12 in flavors including Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Nutella, Peanut Butter, Cookie, Fruity Pebbles, and Oreo Cookies & Cream. If the full CrazyShake is too much, the Classic lineup is solid.
Location and Duration
The pop-up opens in the former Sprinkles cupcake space in Town Center at Disney Springs. The planned run is 90 days, though no official closing date has been confirmed. If this is on your list, don’t assume it’ll be there forever — limited-time pop-ups move quickly, and 90 days goes fast when you’re not paying attention.
Black Tap CrazyShake at Disney Springs is a fun addition to the dining lineup — especially for guests who want a shareable, over-the-top dessert without leaving the Disney Springs area. The $24 Mickey Shake is a lot for a milkshake, but it’s priced in line with what Black Tap charges everywhere else. Head to Town Center, grab one, and take the photo. You’re going to want the photo.
