Six Ravens just answered the question everyone had about the menu. Founder Steve Lewis named the Orlando restaurants and chefs behind each Coffyn collaboration, and the Six Ravens chef collaborations turn out to be a genuine who’s who of Central Florida food.
Lewis also confirmed two things worth knowing before you show up: the breakfast Coffyn will not be available at opening, and every Coffyn purchase includes a full-sized portion of dipping sauce.
Here’s every collaboration, the full menu with pricing, and what to expect when the doors open at Disney Springs.
Quick Summary
- Founder Steve Lewis named the Orlando restaurants behind each Coffyn collaboration
- All Coffyns are priced at $10.99 and include a full-sized portion of dipping sauce
- The Rooster’s Roar breakfast Coffyn will not be available at opening
- Collaborators include The Pink Salamander, Pizza Bruno, Smoke & Donuts, and Red Panda Noodle
- Local craft beers are $9.66 each from The Ravenous Pig, The Crooked Can, and Sideward Brewing
- Six Ravens sits a few doors down from Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs
The Six Ravens Chef Collaborations
All Coffyns are priced at $10.99 and draw on well-known Central Florida restaurants, with each contributing to the flavors of a specific hand pie.
- The Peasant’s Patty — $10.99 — Classic cheeseburger with American cheese and dill pickle bits in a sesame seed Coffyn. Dipping sauce collaboration with The Pink Salamander, described by Lewis as his favorite smash burger in Orlando.
- The Villain of Valentina — $10.99 — Basil pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, and garlic in a herb panko Coffyn. Sauce collaboration with Pizza Bruno, a Central Florida icon.
- The Wizard’s Wonder — $10.99 — Mac and cheese with pickled poblano peppers and BBQ pulled pork in a BBQ crumb Coffyn. Collaboration with Smoke & Donuts.
- The Imperial Idol — $10.99 — Mildly spicy chicken with potato and carrot coconut curry in a fried garlic Coffyn. Collaboration with Red Panda Noodle.
- The Moreish Monk — $10.99 — Grilled cheese with Vermont white cheddar, Havarti, and house tomato jam in a parmesan Coffyn. Paired with Wolf Peach Dipping Sauce.
- The Forager’s Find — $10.99 — Spiced roasted sweet potatoes, black bean corn salsa, and queso cotija in a pumpkin seed Coffyn. Paired with Tropic of Mango Aioli.
Why These Names Matter
This is the detail that separates Six Ravens from a standard Disney Springs quick service opening.
The Pink Salamander, Pizza Bruno, Smoke & Donuts, and Red Panda Noodle are established Orlando restaurants with their own followings. Bringing them into a Disney Springs menu is a local-first move that Disney Springs rarely makes, and it gives the sauces a credibility that in-house recipes wouldn’t have.
If you live in Central Florida, you already know these names. If you’re visiting, this is a shortcut to tasting a slice of the local food scene without leaving property.
Breakfast Won’t Be Available at Opening
The Rooster’s Roar breakfast Coffyn — bacon, egg and cheese in an everything bagel Coffyn, priced at $10.99 — appeared on the Disney menu, but Lewis confirmed it will not be served when Six Ravens first opens.
The team wants time to get established before adding the morning offering.
That’s a sensible call and a common one for new quick service locations. Breakfast service means an earlier open, a separate prep line, and a different staffing pattern. Getting lunch and dinner right first is the right sequence.
If you were planning a morning Disney Springs trip specifically for the breakfast Coffyn, adjust your plans until they announce it.
The Rest of the Menu
Tell Tale Tatties — $8.66. Baked smashed potatoes with house seasoning and honey mustard, served in a mini bucket.
The Tart’s Tempest — $7.66. A Gideon’s chocolate chip cookie tart filled with chocolate fudge and topped with house raspberry jam.
The Friar’s Fault — $6.96. House tap root beer, sassafras forward with a vanilla bean finish.
Assorted Fountain Beverages — $3.66.
Local craft beers are available at $9.66 each, with options from The Ravenous Pig, The Crooked Can, and Sideward Brewing.
The Dipping Sauce Detail
Lewis clarified that every Coffyn purchase includes a full-sized portion of dipping sauce, not a token cup.
That matters for the value math. At $10.99 with a real portion of a collaboration sauce included, you’re paying quick service prices for something with more thought behind it than the format usually gets.
What to Order on Your First Visit
Based on the collaborations, here’s a reasonable first-visit strategy:
- Order The Peasant’s Patty if you want to understand what Lewis is going for. He named The Pink Salamander as his favorite smash burger in Orlando, and that sauce is the clearest statement of intent on the menu.
- Order The Wizard’s Wonder if you’re only getting one and want maximum payoff. Mac and cheese with pulled pork and a Smoke & Donuts BBQ sauce is the highest-ceiling item.
- Add the Tell Tale Tatties to share. At $8.66 it’s the only side, and smashed potatoes hold up better than fries while you walk.
- Save room for The Tart’s Tempest. It’s the direct Gideon’s crossover, and Gideon’s has earned the benefit of the doubt on desserts.
When Does Six Ravens Open?
Six Ravens is expected to open very soon at Disney Springs. The storefront exterior is complete with signage in place, and the full menu is now confirmed.
The location sits a few doors down from Gideon’s Bakehouse, which opened at Disney Springs in December 2020. That proximity is deliberate — the same team, walking distance apart.
The Bottom Line
The Six Ravens chef collaborations pull in The Pink Salamander, Pizza Bruno, Smoke & Donuts, and Red Panda Noodle, with every Coffyn at $10.99 including a full-sized dipping sauce.
Skip the morning trip for now, since the breakfast Coffyn isn’t available at opening. Go for lunch, order the Peasant’s Patty or the Wizard’s Wonder, and grab a Tart’s Tempest on the way out.
