This month’s limited cookie is Butterscotch’s Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie, available all month at both Gideon’s locations. Built on Gideon’s signature handmade dough blended with Biscoff Cookie Butter spices, it is packed with premium butterscotch chips and crushed Biscoff cookies. The result runs sweeter than a typical Gideon’s cookie — deliberately so. If you love rich, caramel-forward flavors, this one is built for you.

- Grand Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cake — An upgraded version of Gideon’s popular Cookie Butter Cake, matching the cookie’s Biscoff-butterscotch flavor profile
- Strawberry Crumb Cake — Brand new this month, described as Butterscotch’s favorite cake in her ‘sweet alter ego’ form
