If Tiffins is on your Animal Kingdom dining list for 2026, you need to know about these changes before you go.
Disney just rolled out a significant menu overhaul at this beloved signature restaurant — and some fan favorites didn’t make the cut. New dishes are in, old staples are out, and the lunch and dinner menus are now nearly identical. Here’s everything that changed at Tiffins in 2026 so you can plan your meal with zero surprises.
Quick Summary
- The bread service changed: Onion Kulcha Naan with Coriander Chutney replaces Papadam and Ginger-Pear Chutney
- Surf & Turf, Pan-roasted Fish Filet, and Andean Beef Short Rib are all removed
- New Grilled Beef Tenderloin ($59) is the standout new entrée — Peruvian-inspired
- Desserts completely replaced: African Pot de Crème and Caramel Flan are the new sweet finishes
- Lunch and dinner menus are now nearly the same
What Changed at Tiffins: The 2026 Menu Overhaul
Bread Service Gets a Refresh
You used to start your meal with Papadam and a Ginger-Pear Chutney. That’s gone. In its place: Onion Kulcha Naan with Coriander Chutney. It’s a warm, pillowy flatbread that fits the restaurant’s global-exploration theme — and honestly, it’s a solid upgrade if you like a heartier starter.
Entrées: Big Removals, One Strong New Addition
This is where you’ll feel the biggest shift. Three signature mains were cut from the menu entirely:
- Surf & Turf ($69) — removed
- Pan-roasted Fish Filet ($48) — removed
- Andean Beef Short Rib — removed
In their place, Tiffins is introducing the Grilled Beef Tenderloin ($59), built around Peruvian-inspired flavors. You can also add Seared Scallops for an additional $23 if you want to build your own surf-and-turf situation. It’s a leaner menu now — fewer choices, but the new tenderloin looks like it’s meant to anchor the protein options.
Curry and Butter Chicken Updates
The Regional Curry Tasting dropped from three options to two. The Balinese Golden Curry is out; only the Thai Green Curry and Indian Red Curry remain. Pricing holds steady at $38, so you’re getting less variety for the same price. Worth noting if the Balinese Golden was your go-to.
Butter Chicken got a small tweak too: the Chickpea-Rice Croquette side has been swapped out for a Samosa. Same dish, different accompaniment — and honestly, a samosa makes more sense alongside butter chicken anyway.
One Rename to Know
The Pork Belly Bao Buns are now officially called Korean Barbecue Pork Belly Bao Buns. Same dish, more descriptive name. If you loved them before, they’re still on the menu — just with a clearer label.
Coconut-Ube Cauliflower Soup: Removed
The Coconut-Ube Cauliflower Soup has been pulled entirely with no direct replacement. If that was your go-to starter, plan accordingly and pivot to the new naan instead.
New Desserts Replace the Entire Lineup
Both desserts that anchored the previous menu are gone — the Hazelnut Entremet and the White Chocolate-Orange Crème Brûlée have been removed. Replacing them are two brand-new options:
- African Pot de Crème ($13) — a rich, chocolate-forward dessert with African flavor influences
- Caramel Flan ($14) — a classic done with Tiffins’ signature global twist
Both feel right at home in Tiffins’ atmosphere, and the price points are reasonable for a signature dining experience at Walt Disney World.
Lunch and Dinner Are Now Nearly Identical
One of the bigger structural changes: the lunch and dinner menus have been consolidated to the point where they’re almost the same. If you’ve been holding out on a dinner reservation because you wanted the “full” menu experience, that advantage has essentially disappeared. A lunch reservation now gets you nearly everything dinner does — which is actually good news for budget-conscious guests.
Is Tiffins Still Worth It in 2026?
Yes — but with caveats. Tiffins remains one of the most underrated signature restaurants at Walt Disney World. The atmosphere is unmatched, the service is excellent, and the food quality is consistently high.
The 2026 menu changes do simplify the choices. Losing the Surf & Turf and the Fish Filet narrows options for pescatarians and guests who want lighter mains. The Regional Curry losing one of its three options for the same price is a mild downgrade. But the new Grilled Beef Tenderloin, the improved bread service, and the fresh dessert lineup give the menu new energy. If you haven’t visited Tiffins in a few years, 2026 is still a great time to go.
Tiffins Restaurant 2026 Menu Changes: The Bottom Line
The Tiffins Restaurant 2026 menu changes hit both lunch and dinner and affect nearly every course. Three mains removed, a new Grilled Beef Tenderloin added, desserts completely replaced, and the bread service upgraded to Onion Kulcha Naan. Lunch and dinner are now nearly identical menus — which is a bigger structural shift than it might sound.
If you have a reservation coming up, review the updated menu before you arrive — especially if you were counting on the Surf & Turf or the Hazelnut Entremet. Book your Tiffins reservation at the 60-day ADR window; this restaurant still fills up fast regardless of what’s on the menu.
