Disney Vacation Club just dropped three more 2025 DVC Moonlight Magic dates at Animal Kingdom and gave us the full schedule for 2026 DVC Moonlight Magic events, covering EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Typhoon Lagoon.

These after-hours events are one of the best Member perks around: free park access, shorter waits, rare characters, and complimentary snacks. Let’s break it all down so you know exactly when registration opens and how to lock in your spot.

What is DVC Moonlight Magic?

Moonlight Magic is a complimentary after-hours event for eligible Disney Vacation Club Members. Here’s what you can expect:

• Exclusive park access after closing
• Reduced wait times on select attractions
• Character meet-and-greets (sometimes with rare characters)
• Live entertainment and dance parties
• Complimentary snacks and treats

• Registration is required; walk-ins are not recommended and may not be available.
• Early registration is tied to a qualifying DVC resort reservation.
• General registration is open to all eligible Members (subject to availability).
• Each Membership may book one event per season (EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon).
• You can bring up to four Guests or your entire travel party if it matches your resort reservation.
• At check-in, you must show your Digital Membership Card and photo ID. The Member who booked must be present.

1. Be Early – Registration opens at 11:00 AM Eastern sharp. Be logged in by 10:55.
2. Use One Device – Multiple tabs or browsers can slow you down. Stick to one reliable setup.
3. Have Guest Info Ready – Names need to match your DVC account or reservation.
4. Book a Resort Stay First – If you want early registration, secure your DVC reservation before the deadline.
5. Plan for Time Zones – If you’re on the West Coast, that’s 8:00 AM. Don’t sleep in.

What to Expect at the Event

From my experience, Moonlight Magic feels like a private party inside a park you already love:

• Animal Kingdom: Prioritize Flight of Passage, Na’vi River Journey, and Everest early.
• EPCOT: Frozen, Remey, Test Track, and Guardians.
• Hollywood Studios: Slinky Dog, Tower of Terror, and Rise of the Resistance draw the longest lines.
• Typhoon Lagoon: Crush ’n’ Gusher and Miss Adventure Falls are musts—grab lockers early.

Could not have wanted or expected more from Nate, our Distrips and More agent as we planned our 2025 Disney World trip.
