Every corner of the destination gets in on the action this year—three theme parks, CityWalk, and all 11 hotels—giving guests more ways than ever to ring in 2026.

What Universal Announced

Universal Orlando confirmed a resort-wide New Year’s Eve rollout packed with music, entertainment, and big countdown moments. Guests can expect DJ sets, roaming performers, and special character encounters across all three parks. Extended hours give everyone more time to enjoy rides along with the holiday entertainment that runs through January 4.

Universal also highlighted that this is the first year Universal Epic Universe will join the New Year’s festivities, making the 2025 celebration larger than ever.

Universal Studios Florida

Studios kicks off the night at 6:15 p.m. with a live DJ at the Music Plaza Stage. Stilt walkers roam the park, and select floats from Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s will be parked for photo ops.

  • Midnight: Countdown at the Music Plaza Stage

Universal Epic Universe

This is the big new addition. Epic Universe joins the party for the first time with a DJ at the Hemisphere Stage in Celestial Park and a midnight countdown set to a special fountain show spanning the waterways. Guests get access to the park’s headline attractions plus its first-ever New Year’s celebration.
